She has a black male caller seeming to contradict himself, saying nobody can beat PBO, but then she says his support in the AA community is plummeting. He then says he knows why because some feel he is not talking to us, that he’s too concerned with the white vote. I want to scream right now, so if anyone cares, please tweet Randi and give her facts she surprisingly is missing. She even sounded a bit doubtful of PBO’s positive chances given AA support is “plummeting”. She apparently has been listening to the poison that is that Waters broad. Now I know who is primarying him—-it’s Mz. Waters (I’m sure she wishes this was for real).
I understand about your tolerance level, but believe me, you won’t get much more truth and support for PBO than you will get from Randi, and Rev Al. Cantor Presses FEMA On Status Of Disaster Aid For His District
“House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-7th, is pushing for information on the status of Gov. Bob McDonnell’s request for federal disaster assistance for Louisa County residents in the wake of an earthquake there last month,” reports the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
On Friday, Cantor held a conference call with Federal Emergency Management Agency and Louisa County officials. A readout of the call provided by Cantor’s office indicates that he asked FEMA officials about the timeline and process for determining whether the agency would grant federal assistance. ‘FEMA said they have received the Governor’s request and sent it to the White House for a decision but could not provide any specific information on timing,” the readout said. “Even when asked for an estimate based on past applications they were unable to do so.’
Clearly it’s a bit rich that Cantor is trying to make sure disaster relief funds get to his district as quickly as possible given that he was perhaps the key actor in the Capitol Hill showdown which threatened to halt all of FEMA’s activities.

Still no response from Twitter about my suspended account. I’ve filed my (typically) very polite request for reinstatement and for an explanation why they would suspend me. My posts don’t come anywhere near some of the truly vile stuff I’ve seen people post – repeatedly – so I have no idea what is going on – unless Koch, one of the newstainers or cry baby caucus members got upset by my urging them to support Americans – all of them – not just the rapaciously greedy few.

It’s amazing how he can tweaked his AJA speech to reach all segments of people. Each time, he adds something or speaks in the vernacular of the group that he’s addressing.
I was just saying yesterday that it must be mind-numbing for someone as intelligent as him to have to deliver the same points multiple times per day, several days of the week. I also remembered from the clip yesterday that one of the mayors said that he knew the real estate status in their city, and already knew some of the points they had wanted to emphasize to him. Not sure why but the picture (3rd from the bottom) of the woman giving the President a huge hug really touched me. Her eyes are shut and she looks as if she is wrapping her arms around her hopes and dreams for this country and she knows it. It must really bolster his strength and courage to have people react to him that way.
I don’t remember in my lifetime a President who allowed this type of physical contact (all Clinton jokes aside of course). I’m sure it gives the SS a huge headache and it is a little scary sometimes but I am so happy that he is this way with the people who want to show him how much they appreciate him and that he is able to reciprocate, whether in a crowd of supporters or when lending a shoulder to cry on for a tornado victim, he really is a wonderful man.

President Obama is asking for help to put pressure on congress to get the AJA jobs bill passed. He did the same thing when he wanted to pass HCR, he asked for our help in lobbying congress (which by the way is what we OUGHT to be doing since congress was elected by us the people to work on OUR behalf, not on the media’s behalf or on Rush Limbaugh’s behalf).
I now have the channel on Rev Al. ABC doesn’t need to get ratings from me.

Was working in the testing library today and went to the student lounge to warm up my dinner. while it was in the microwave, I started to peruse a board with the latest info, when to my surprise I saw a nasty ass, crusty ass face staring back at me. Impulsively, without looking around to ensure I wouldn’t be seen, I snatched his stinking flyer off the board and ripped it to shreds. Apparently he’ll be here on October 14 th from 8am to 4pm. Fuck! Now it’s 3 hours later and I had to go back into the garbage to try to piece the flyer together in order to get the relevant information like who’s sponsoring that fools sojourn to our lil’ old school so that I would know who to complain to. I was there, people of all ages, people of all races, a large number of young Latinos present, the President received a warm welcome. It was hotter than hades and people waited patiently even though it took a while to get in. Enthusiastic response from the crowd when the President talked about being a warrior for the middle class, oh and a memo to the media, the American people are not stupid and the President doesn’t need to “plead for help” they are ready and willing to make their voices heard. P.S. most of the people in the crowd would have given their eyeteeth to hug the President. Over and out from the Colorado Rockies.

Cantor Presses FEMA On Status Of Disaster Aid For His District
“House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-7th, is pushing for information on the status of Gov. Bob McDonnell’s request for federal disaster assistance for Louisa County residents in the wake of an earthquake there last month,” reports the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
On Friday, Cantor held a conference call with Federal Emergency Management Agency and Louisa County officials. A readout of the call provided by Cantor’s office indicates that he asked FEMA officials about the timeline and process for determining whether the agency would grant federal assistance. ‘FEMA said they have received the Governor’s request and sent it to the White House for a decision but could not provide any specific information on timing,” the readout said. “Even when asked for an estimate based on past applications they were unable to do so.’
Clearly it’s a bit rich that Cantor is trying to make sure disaster relief funds get to his district as quickly as possible given that he was perhaps the key actor in the Capitol Hill showdown which threatened to halt all of FEMA’s activities.

The President’s voice sounded a little scratchy. He needs some tea and honey before he loses it.

Not sure why but the picture (3rd from the bottom) of the woman giving the President a huge hug really touched me. Her eyes are shut and she looks as if she is wrapping her arms around her hopes and dreams for this country and she knows it. It must really bolster his strength and courage to have people react to him that way.
I don’t remember in my lifetime a President who allowed this type of physical contact (all Clinton jokes aside of course). I’m sure it gives the SS a huge headache and it is a little scary sometimes but I am so happy that he is this way with the people who want to show him how much they appreciate him and that he is able to reciprocate, whether in a crowd of supporters or when lending a shoulder to cry on for a tornado victim, he really is a wonderful man.

I was there, people of all ages, people of all races, a large number of young Latinos present, the President received a warm welcome. Enthusiastic response from the crowd when the President talked about being a warrior for the middle class, oh and a memo to the media, the American people are not stupid and the President doesn’t need to “plead for help” they are ready and willing to make their voices heard. P.S. most of the people in the crowd would have given their eyeteeth to hug the President. Over and out from the Colorado Rockies.
