What can we grateful Americans say? Our Cammander and Chief’s BRILLIANCE is on display 24/7. His re-election is only a year away folks. Let’s keep working.
my eyes welled up at the pure, natural and sincere LOVE POURING OUT TOWARDS OUR AMAZING PRESIDENT!!! i can’t help but weep… they love him so…as do many of us… but for the haters that be, there is no sweeter retribution than to see photos like this… thank you Chipsticks for once again, making my entire day with this rain or shine posting…..
Yes they do my son in law is French and he loves PBO the Freanch people think that PBO has been one of the best POTUS
of our country. The GOP should be call the AN AMERICAN PTY and they should listen tp Holly Petreus
she testified in Congress she has beeen fighting for the military families . The Senate still has not confirm PBO”s

Bonjour Chips and TOD. Off work today……doing chores. You know I had to check in to see my President. Loving that 3rd pic showing that fine form. May God continue to bless him and his buddy Sarkozy…..they look so cute together Also, check out the guy in the blue beret. He’s got PBO in scope. Just delightful seeing the response of the French.
Mr. Blue Beret can’t take his eyes off our fine President!
EDP, I need some of your initiative…..my chores list has become a mountain that I continue to attempt to ignore. Keeping up with our President is much more satisfying than scrubbing my floors.
Hahaha….I know about this. I have let a lot of things slip in my home and personal life, trying to keep up. I will certainly be glad when 2016 gets here, yet, who’s to say what we will be partaking of then Mr. Barack Obama, private citizen ? Whatever it is, I will always be engaged as he is a very fascinating person. Also, Sue, don’t you dare try to do housework right now. You need to pamper yourself a bit more. Just my unsolicited advice
You enable me But no one does it better than moi (by the way so impressed with yours and others command of the French language.
I think one of the many reasons I love TOD’s is I get to hang with so many SMART people, my own IQ benefits by association..so thanks
In my heart I believe he will be even more of a force once he is freed from the constraints of his position and the divided political forces in this nation. I suspect we will always have our eyes on him, I know I will.
We are so in sinc. I’m the real cleaner in my house and the floors and baseboards are so neglected that my partner gives me the side eye because I spend so much time in this community. Plus, I procrastinate in my errands.
NEVER in my life have I given my heart and soul to a politician. PBO won my heart when I first saw his speech at the ’04 convention.
I do house work and used to house cleaning for move outs. Not fun, but put a little money in the pocket. I still do some, but the ticker just gives me a warning now and then, that I am not as young as I used to be. :0-
Beautiful photos…..when President Obama leaves the WhiteHouse after serving his second term, the world will be his stage. The last picture in this sequence moves me to tears…….so many recognize what we see so clearly, that President Obama is truly a great man and a man for the ages.
May God always be your strength and your shield President Obama. Together we will Press On.
Sue that is so true, so many do recognize how amazing PBO is. I have my son and his friends here right now and they were saying what a great man he is after walking into my study to see what I was looking at. After answering a bunch of questions about his life and showing them some pics and quotes they said “Wow, I wish we had someone like that here, he is awesome!” They are 10 and 11!
Oh she is such a hoot!! lovvve Michelle dancing- that is just too wonderful, you have made my day doubly nice – w/ both POTUS & FLOTUS charming the world.. thank you Chips.
(POTUS looks yummy soaking wet…) Did I miss something? Did we get a time out for our Hot Men Running talk yesterday? (Still dreaming of that Diego photo……. omnom.)
Speaking of Hot Men Running…….. Becks, Magee, Keane, and Landon did some awesome stuff last night.
EDP4BHO, I just watch the video of our wonderful First Lady also, she is just the best. I look at the video and all I could say was get down Michelle, with your bad self. I love her too.
You took the words right out of my mouth Lisa. That photo made me want to grab a big fluffy towel and ……… (Slap on hand and sit on the naughty step Sam. Write 100 times ‘I must not drool over President Obama’!) Exit room sulking!
Seriously he does look GOOOOOOOOOOODDDDDDD! Apologies for out of control hormones!
And yes the French love him, that young woman’s expression is priceless!
Although did you guys notice the 4th picture (same pic) from the bottom-up, the guy with the black bérêt or whatever he has on….NOT a friendly look ewwwwww….I’m always paranoid about that.
People like him scares me. When I saw that I thought of Gabby Giffords whose attacker was crazy like this guy. He’s angry but won’t confront his own party who caused him to be unemployed.
This post is a follow up on the great news posted by creolechild about folks moving from big banks to local banks. Our Occupy Santa Rosa group is holding a rally and day of passing out flyers on Saturday with the purpose of encouraging folks to move their $$. We have a speaker from the “Shop Local” group who will talk about the benefits of using local banks, credit unions, etc. Then we are breaking into large groups that will go to the shopping centers in our area that have “big banks”. We plan to pass out informational literature that encourages folks to move their $$.
The first action our Occupy movement participated in was to ask the City Council to move it’s money to a local bank. They did not win that day, but will continue to pressure the council to form a committee to study the proposal. I am glad to see them using their media power on this issue. Of course I would also like them to encourage folks to register to vote, endorse PBO and every other Democrat on the planet, but we take baby steps.
My husband and I left Wells Fargo last month. (customers for 30 years). It felt wonderful. Now I know our money is not feeding the greed on wall street. Although the move was motivated by politics, it has turned out to be a smart move for financial reasons. They charge less for a bounced check (22 vs 35). They have more free services, the board of the credit union are volunteers (no big salaries here). There are ATMS we can use in every 7-11 in the country. They offer car and home insurance, the list of cool things goes on and on.
I encourage everyone to consider talking to the folks at a credit union and seeing if moving your $$ would work for your family.
Also if you are feeling super militant, contact all the groups you belong to and ask them to move their $$. Ask the Sierra club, your local union, and your local gardening club to bank locally. If you are working with a national group the Union bank is a nationwide bank that is not part of the bad big bank group .
When I go into a store I now have 2 comments I make to the manager.
1. Please buy products made in america (if it is a grocery I encourage them to buy local produce)
2. Have you considered banking at a local bank it can really save you $$.
Thank you Tien Le…so true. I moved my money from Wells Fargo and never looked back. My mortgage, checking, savings, credit cards, etc. are with a credit union.
Radio ads from Dems will target 25 GOP House members
By Josh Lederman – 11/04/11 05:00 AM ET
Democrats on Monday will start attacking the Republican majority in the House with radio ads airing in 25 Republican-held districts — the same number Democrats need to flip in 2012 to take back control of the House.
Republican Reps. Steve King (Iowa), Dan Lungren (Calif.), Vern Buchanan (Fla.), Sean Duffy (Wis.) and Joe Heck (Nev.) are among the 25 Republican incumbents to be targeted.

The Federal Election (Out Of) Commission
Posted by Zandar
If you’re wondering why all the Obama administration’s efforts to combat Republican voter ID disenfranchisement laws are going through Eric Holder and the DoJ, it’s because the Federal Election Commission has all but been eliminated by the GOP…….
Hi rikyrah, thanks a million for all this good stuff! Would you mind, though, only posting extracts (or two-ish paragraphs) from articles so that everyone will visit the blogs where the articles are from? Otherwise I’ll get in to trouble with the blog owners! Thank you!
Thanks a million rikyrah, no need to be sorry at all! I often include too much from posts on other blogs, so I’m cutting back! Thanks again for all your brilliant links, appreciate your great work
Wow!! Chips you have asked this of rikyrah several times. And she has not responded by adhearing to your request. All her linked articles or posts have been gloom and doom. I guess we need to see these realities, but it doesn’t promote enthusiasm.
That’s absolutely untrue Keith, rikyrah’s links are terrific – often from the brilliant Steve Benen. I only asked her once before to shorten the linked posts, she obviously didn’t see my message until now. Please don’t call out fellow TODers like that, thanks.
Chipsticks, I totally agree with you about the “terrific links from rikyrah.” I personally have benefited greatly from reading her posts and her commentaries, both here and at “PragamaticObotsUnite” I understand the concern about the importance of restricting the amount of work posted from other blogs. But, as far as I am concerned, most of rickyrah’s links have been spot-on and eye opening.
Well, TODers this election comes down to wether Americans will hold the Rethugs accountable for their overt obstruction and sabotage. This in effect is obvious TREASON. We will need Democratic legislators coming out and calling it for what it is. There is a part of me that still has some faith that the American people can see (inspite of MSM propoganda and distortion) what is really going on and why the economy is not growing faster. Romney, Cain, or Perry is not a viable option. KEEP HOPE ALIVE!!! Obama/Biden 2012!!
The Rethugs can not longer blame PBO for the high unemployment or the Economy, I hope the
country just witnessed how much the GOP cares about our country they do not give a Shit they want our
country to down in flames the GOP are pathetic and have no SHAME.
Everything You Need To Know About Iowa Republican Caucus Voters
by Zandar
The “but Republicans will never tax me, just those other people” scam is arguably the most successful example of wishful thinking and voting against your own self-interest that I’ve ever seen. From the Des Moines Register:
Two-thirds of likely Iowa Republican caucusgoers earning less than $50,000 a year believe they personally would be better off or in the same situation under Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 tax plan, The Des Moines Register’s new Iowa Poll shows…….
Hope, these girls have been UNLEASHED by the wet PBO. Poor Michelle, She will squeeze them with her biceps until they cry for help. I am in a committed relationship, soon to be married to my Sam Kass.
As Mitt Romney continues to sell his tax cuts disguised as an economic recovery plan, the Obama campaign pointed out that Romney’s plan would cut taxes for those making $40,000-$50,000 a year by $54.
Romney plans to give corporations and millionaires $1.5 trillion in tax cuts, but as Obama for America pointed out, he plans to give the middle class much, much less.
According to the Obama campaign: “Tax breaks for corporations and millionaires, forcing the middle class to pay a higher share. Romney has proposed additional tax cuts for corporations and wealthy Americans. Families with over $1 million a year in income would receive nearly half of Romney’s tax break for corporations and two-thirds of his proposal to eliminate all taxes on inherited estates. And while his tax break on unearned income is limited to families making less than $200,000 a year, a typical middle-class family with $40,000 to $50,000 in income would have gotten a tax cut worth only $54 in 2011. These regressive tax cuts for corporations and unearned income would shift a greater share of the tax burden onto wages earned by the middle class. Romney has also supported Republican budget plans that protect tax subsidies for oil and gas companies.
At a certain level, I should find the more buffoonish congressional Republicans more annoying — than the more “serious” GOP officials on Capitol Hill. After all, clowns like Louie Gohmert and Michele Bachmann are far more likely to say something offensive, come up with some wild conspiracy theory, introduce a ridiculous piece of legislation, etc.
But the opposite turns out to be true. I’m far more bothered by a guy like House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) than his clownish colleagues because so much of the political establishment actually believes Ryan is credible. Despite all evidence to the contrary, he’s perceived as some kind of “wonk,” whose opinions should be taken seriously.
The problem, of course, is that Ryan has no idea what he’s talking about. He fabricates claims, presents plans with numbers that don’t add up, and makes laughable policy arguments, and yet, Ryan’s reputation is impenetrable. Peggy Noonan’s nauseating love letter to the right-wing lawmaker last week — she praises Ryan as a “thinker” who “reads” — still linger as outrageous a week later.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama’s fortunes are improving slightly, although he would face a tough struggle for re-election next year if Mitt Romney were the Republican nominee, a Reuters/Ipsos poll said on Friday.
Forty-nine percent of Americans approve of the way Obama is handling his job as president, up from 47 percent in an October poll.
Obama’s disapproval rating held steady at 50 percent.
While still low, the percentage of Americans who believe the country is headed in the right direction also increased, to 25 from 21 in the previous survey. The percentage who feel it is on the wrong track slipped to 70 from 74, the survey said.
In one respect at least: the ACA is fast getting the under-26′s – the least insured, most healthy segment of the population – into the system:
The provision of the law that permits young adults under 26, long the largest uninsured demographic in the country, to remain on their parents’ health insurance program resulted in at least 600,000 newly insured Americans during the first quarter of 2011. Wellpoint, the nation’s largest publicly traded health insurer with some 34 million customers, reports adding 280,000 new members in the first three months of 2011. Add in the results of some of the other large health insurers including Aetna, who added just short of 100,000 newly insured to their customer base, Kaiser Permanente’s additional 90,000, and Highmark’s 72,000 new customers, and we begin to sense our health insurance pools are filling up with some badly needed young blood.
Gallup’s latest numbers somewhat minimize one of his strongest arguments. In two-way match-ups, Romney’s lead over Obama is well within the margin of error, and Obama’s lead over Cain is the same. Even with Perry, Obama’s lead is only 5 points, just outside the margin. If Cain can show he has as much general election appeal as Romney, then one of Mitt’s key primary arguments evaporates.
The other factor the poll brings to the fore is the enthusiasm gap. Republican hostility to Obama currently outpaces Democratic excitement in the election. Which is why, I suspect, some truly nasty, populist negative ads will be unleashed to damage Mitt if he gets the nod. And not from the Obama campaign directly.
PITTSBURGH — Vice President Joe Biden will be at the University of Pittsburgh to push Congress to pass what the Obama administration is calling a jobs creation bill and to discuss efforts to make it easier for students to manage and repay their student loans.
Biden is scheduled to speak at 11:45 a.m. Friday at the university’s Alumni Hall.
Biden is the latest, and highest-profile member of the administration to visit western Pennsylvania pushing for passage of the American Jobs Act.
I’m almost tempted to send him some campaign money. That’s how bad I want to see this fool stand next to our brilliant President in a Presidential debate. Geesh!
Boy that old white haired man in the crowd was sure enjoying what Cain said. I always have a hard time figuring out how people can think the Koch Bros. are on their side.
With all that has been said by Cain and character revealed with the charges and his blunders and lies I am scared that his poll numbers remain high. If he won the Presidency it would be a TOTAL embarrassment, not to mention a total calamity.
Did you see the disgust in one of the guys face, the one that was not clapping? WOW! Comedy material for the next two months. He’ll be gone after January.
What an amazing idiot! Actually, I take that back! Cain’s is indeed typical of some oppressed people who always side with their oppressors, so long as they think that they will individually benefit from the oppressor’s approval and largess. No wonder, Ann Coulter regards people like Herman Cain, Allan West, and Clarence Thomas as “our blacks.” Once again, our own perceptive hopefruit2 was right on target with her clever name :KochCain. Now that Herman Cain is on record saying that he is Koch brother, albeit a Koch step brother, lets not hesitate following hopefruit’s lead by calling Herman Cain, KochCain. Well done Hopefruit2!

Hunter Gathers – November 4, 2011 | 1:47 pm · Link
I keep hearing that conservatives will accept Mittens as the nominee, but I’m not seeing it. Voting starts in 2 months. And Willard can’t break 25% against a grifter (Cain), a moron (Perry), an asshole (Gingrich), a couple of strange Bible thumpers (La Bachmann and the Frothy Mix) a bat-shit crazy libertarian (Paul) and a nobody (Huntsman).
I don’t know why anyone thinks that Romney’s poll numbers now are an indicator of who will win the nomination. McCain’s poll numbers on 11/4/07 were worse than Romney’s are now:
29.7 Giuliani
16.0 Thompson
14.7 McCain
11.1 Romney
7.4 Huckabee
2.3 Paul
So whoever’s third from the bottom in 2011 will be the nominee? I think it will be Romney, he’s the only one with the money like McCain. Perry is too stupid and most people still remember “W” and the country is not in the mood for another Texan. The others hardly have any money to continue after January.
Actually McCain didn’t have the money when he was in third place; Romney had the most money. Giuliani and Thompson sucked as campaigners, leaving McCain, Romney and Huckabee to battle it out. Romney was distrusted by the evangelicals, Huckbee was distrusted by Wall Street Republicans, so the party ended up compromising on McCain. I am Tien Le, the jury is still out about Romney being the Republican party nominee for 2012. However, there are two people that I am absolutely certain will not be the Presidential nominees of the Republican party: Herman Cain and Ron Paul. Cain might get a nod for VP, but that’s about all he might gate.
I would point out that this poll was in april not in november. But I get your point and I totally agree. Romney doesn’t has it in the bag, far from it. Important to note is that a very high percentage of republicans are not satisfied with ANY of the front runners. That means they’re searching for someone else. I’ve said it a few times, I’m concerned that the GOP power brokers will abandon Romney and push for some other candidate who could be stronger in the general. Making “the base” accept this new candidate if he’s not radical as them? Easier than we might think. They have a large propaganda apparatus and the whole media who can work with them in selling their “Great White Hope” . And they’ll give the base a bone in putting a tea party favourite on the ticket as the vp candidate. Worked perfectly in 2008: in circumstances very difficult for republicans, they still got 47 percent of the vote.
I’m not saying this to discourage anybody, but we have to be very aware that 2012 will be a tough battle, not an easy one. President Obama himself thinks so.
Last thing: I still have hopes though that the power brokers will take a risk and settle for Romney, because they know he’s not that bright nor knowledgeable. They know that he doesn’t have any strenght of character and they could control him. Romney is not the kind of guy who’ll ask difficult questions. He would do what he’s told.
In case the GOP implodes with the current frontrunners, the establishment is trying to push John Hunstman – and with some PL emoprogs full endorsement, they will form the Independent “no labels” party.
Read that yesterday I think. Are you talking about Lady de Rotshild and co? I’m not sure the PL would go along because the “no labels” organisation is much too connected to Wall Street. Conservative democrats on the other hand…
It’s certain that Wall Street and the big lobbies are preparing an alternative if the Tea Party becomes too uncontrollable. Talk about being destroyed by your own creation…
Anyway I hope that the strategy of democratic operatives to attack Romney harsly right now doesn’t backfire. They probably think that attacking Romney would help less electable candidates like Perry or Cain, but what if it ends up opening the door for someone else ?
196 House Democrats Sign Letter To State Election Officals Opposing War On Voting
A massive 196 House Democrats — nearly their entire caucus — signed a letter to state election officials asking them to “put partisan considerations aside and serve as advocates for enfranchisement” during this unfortunate era of voter disenfranchising state laws:

‘As consistent as human beings can be’
By Steve Benen
Several weeks ago, in one of the more amusing political claims of the year, Mitt Romney boasted, “I stand by my positions. I’m proud of them.” Given Romney’s record of abandoning every policy position he’s ever taken, it was hard not to marvel at his shamelessness. Soon after, Romney reversed course, acknowledging he has changed his positions, but insisting that this is a good thing. “In the private sector,” he said, “if you don’t change your view when the facts change, well you’ll get fired for being stubborn and stupid.”
Now, Romney has reversed course again.
Mitt Romney, under fire from all sides on the strength of his political convictions, said Thursday he has been as consistent as a person can be during his political career.
“I’ve been as consistent as human beings can be,” the presidential candidate said in a meeting with the editorial board of New Hampshire’s Seacoast Media Group.
Just so we’re clear, Mitt Romney is now flip-flopping on flip-flopping. How very meta of him.
House Republicans: No Infrastructure Funding Without Drill, Baby, Drill
Boehner this week tried to claim that “nobody” has crafted a bill that would fund infrastructure projects, even as Senate Democrats were bringing a bill to the floor that would pay for those projects with a miniscule surtax on the very wealthiest Americans. Instead, Boehner and the rest of the House GOP want to hold the nation’s infrastructure hostage to their Big Oil agenda.
Romney Calls For Cuts To Amtrak, NEA, CPB
Mitt Romney at the Defending the American Dream Summit on Friday called for budget cuts to Amtrak, the National Endowment for the Arts and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, TPM’s Evan McMorris-Santoro reports.
WIW-
Thanks for reposting this video clip. I remember seeing it last time around but was trying to catch all the news in a short time I skipped it. This time I had been spending all morning working on my Mom’s healthcare statements and my own plus calling labs to get them to send copies of claims so I can send them onto the next insurance. After hours of this I finally checked my emails and this blog. I noticed my face relaxing and the catchy Friday song with all of the smiling Obama clips bringing a smile to my own face. Thank you for giving me a smile today!!!!
Why does everyone need to give their opinion on the President? Actors, comedians, singers, dancers, seriously, does any one give a shit what these people think?
CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait – College education continues to play a larger role in career placement and progression within the military.
Despite being deployed, solders of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team (Advise and Assist), 1st Cavalry Division, soldiers are staying competitive in their careers by continuing their college education.
Sgt. 1st Class James Dawson, a current college student, and Gordon Nero, the director of education service support on Camp Buehring, Kuwait, have a few tips for taking classes successfully while deployed.
First, do some research using the GoArmyEd.com website, explained Nero, a 24 year Army veteran. This website allows soldiers to find information about various colleges, which have been vetted to ensure they comply with Army standards. Soldiers can also use it to research different degree plans and pick one that suits their interests, explained Nero. “The degree plan is kind of a map of where you want to go.”
After finding a college and degree plan that suit the soldiers’ needs, Nero advised, if possible, that soldiers talk with education counselors at an education center on their base. The education counselors can give them more in-depth information about the process of enrolling in classes and completing them online.
Even if soldiers don’t have access to an education center while deployed, everything can be done virtually through the GoArmyEd.Com website, he said.
Soldiers, unlike the majority of their civilian college counterparts, can take classes and complete a degree at no cost.
While on active duty, soldiers qualify for $4,500 a year of tuition assistance, at a rate of $250 per semester hour, explained Nero.
To put these funds toward their education, soldiers need to fill out a Statement of Understanding for Use with Army Tuition Assistance, which must also be signed by their company commander, he stated. Education councilors can help soldiers submit this paperwork to the Army, ensuring the monetary requirements for taking classes are met.
IS IT 2012 YET? — Courtesy of Obama campaign press secretary Ben LaBolt, another barb thrown in the direction of GOP front-runner Mitt Romney:
“The fundamental challenge of our time is how we rebuild our economy so that hard work and responsibility are rewarded and that economic security is restored for the middle class. Mitt Romney’s proposal takes us in exactly the opposite direction: it places a great burden on the middle class and the elderly, and instead of asking all Americans to do their fair share it continues to offer special breaks for large corporations, millionaires and billionaires. Much of Mitt Romney’s plan is a carbon copy of the House Republicans’ budget: it would wipe out investments essential to creating jobs and promoting growth and would leave millions of older Americans to fend for themselves by privatizing Medicare.”
Senate Dems will push jobs bill for vets
By Daniel Strauss – 11/04/11 12:48 PM ET
Senate Democrats plan to roll out the next piece of President Obama’s job-creation legislation — this part on veterans — next week.
The bill is aimed at incentivizing companies to hire war veterans. It includes a tax credit to encourage companies to hire veterans as well as additional tax credits for hiring veterans with “service-connected disabilities.”
Came late to the how-fine-is-our-president party, but dayum! he is even better wet. I’ll bet Sarkozy really wanted an umbrella, but he could not afford to look like he could not man up; especially against a man who has campaigned and carried out his duties as president in all kinds of weather. Did you notice that even PBO’s suit held up better in the rain than Sarkozy’s? However, in all seriousness, I am glad that their relationship has grown better each time they meet (Sarkozy has made snarky comments about PBO in the past); they often have each other’s back.
I bet Sarkozy learned that snark about President Obama didn’t win him any friends in France! He is in electoral trouble now, and needs all the Obama magic he can get! Look at the faces of those people when OUR president is there! Sarkozy does not get the same kind of reaction. Many Americans need to know that our relationship with the French goes back to the Revolutionary War. After the Battle of Saratoga, the French sent military trainers to help whip our rabble into shape. They sent Lafayette to help, and Cornwallis surrendered because he saw the French fleet steaming into Yorktown Harbor, and knew he didn’t have a chance when they joined us. Our relationship is long and Americans would do well to learn it. It has not at all been one sided. in 1916 when General Pershing arrived in France, he supposedly said “Lafayette, we are here.” in other words we are paying a debt.
These pictures will make great photos for the 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 calendars that will be on sale during his second term…especially that one with him smiling and his suit has a little rain on it. Yes, yes indeedy.
What can we grateful Americans say? Our Cammander and Chief’s BRILLIANCE is on display 24/7. His re-election is only a year away folks. Let’s keep working.
Spell check….Commander.

Anyways, nice pictures chip.
Lol! Bad mews? Meow!

you didn’t learn your lesson yesterday from #Christi’s mom.
Moi? Naughty?
(POTUS looks yummy soaking wet…) Did I miss something? Did we get a time out for our Hot Men Running talk yesterday? (Still dreaming of that Diego photo……. omnom.)
Speaking of Hot Men Running…….. Becks, Magee, Keane, and Landon did some awesome stuff last night.
Congratulations Tally, your boys are on a roll!!!!!!!!!

We have NEVER lost at home this season…… (knock wood – fairies, are you listening????)
ohpleaseohpleaseohplease!!!!
OMG, I just saw that video of FLOTUS dancing. She must be the life of any party. Just love her !!
EDP4BHO, I just watch the video of our wonderful First Lady also, she is just the best. I look at the video and all I could say was get down Michelle, with your bad self. I love her too.
As i have always suspected, PBO looks good wet.
And lisa, I thought the same thing too, President Obama even look good in the rain. Forgive me First Lady I mean no harm.
Me4Obama, here are some more naughty girls to go on your naughty mat!!!!
You are not alone Sam!!!
What a hunk !
Just look at the pic where a raindrop is falling of his earlobe like a friggin’ diamond. Matches his diamond smile.
OMG can he be more handsome? wow…..
And yes the French love him, that young woman’s expression is priceless!
Although did you guys notice the 4th picture (same pic) from the bottom-up, the guy with the black bérêt or whatever he has on….NOT a friendly look ewwwwww….I’m always paranoid about that.
I can’t help worrying when he’s with a crowd.
FLOTUS is hilarious…..haha what a hoot….
He might be an SS decoy. Sometimes still pictures don’t tell quite the whole story….
Okay…not to be fawning…but I am SO proud and in love with this President.
Elizabeth Warren Heckled By Ignorant Teabagger
Watch and listen how the crowd tries to shut the bagger up and how Warren holds her ground… she will be an excellent Senator!
ha. Door much?
People like him scares me. When I saw that I thought of Gabby Giffords whose attacker was crazy like this guy. He’s angry but won’t confront his own party who caused him to be unemployed.
The irony of it all is that his party’s frontrunner Herman Cain said that if you’re unemployed and don’t have a job, BLAME YOSELF!!!!
WET OR DRY…PBO IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jinx! That’s exactly what I was going to say. Wet or Dry—the President is OUTSTANDING.
See I was trying to be a good girl with the pic comments but some of you just had to go there
This post is a follow up on the great news posted by creolechild about folks moving from big banks to local banks.
2. Have you considered banking at a local bank it can really save you $$.
http://moveyourmoneyproject.org/
I freakin’ LOVE that video. Thanks, WiW.
Me too!
I love this photo and of course the caption!!!
I love that! And the baby is wearing an Obama button too. So cute…I don’t care what the say, he has the youth vote locked up
The babies always win the day in my world. Kids know…..I can completely relate to the expression on that sweet pea’s face
Me too Sue! I suspect that’s exactly what I’d say too if I ever got that close
I remember that campaign event — that was one of the bubbliest babies ever. The vid is somewhere on YouTube. Fun times!
oh boy ! pun intended
but
Why is he so fine? Omg he’s so sexy when he’s wet. Lord bless this post.
Side note -It’s hilarious how you can tell Sarkozy is trying to stand on his tippy toes when he’s next to PBO. Ha.
On to Me4Obama’s naughty mat for you!
That last baby pic is really rotflamo stuff.

The Federal Election (Out Of) Commission
Posted by Zandar
If you’re wondering why all the Obama administration’s efforts to combat Republican voter ID disenfranchisement laws are going through Eric Holder and the DoJ, it’s because the Federal Election Commission has all but been eliminated by the GOP…….
http://zandarvts.blogspot.com/2011/11/federal-election-out-of-commission.html
Hi rikyrah, thanks a million for all this good stuff! Would you mind, though, only posting extracts (or two-ish paragraphs) from articles so that everyone will visit the blogs where the articles are from? Otherwise I’ll get in to trouble with the blog owners! Thank you!
sorry chips
no problem.
I will follow these directions from now on
Thanks a million rikyrah, no need to be sorry at all!
Ooops, just saw your post rikyrah. SORRY!! Press On……
That’s absolutely untrue Keith, rikyrah’s links are terrific – often from the brilliant Steve Benen.
Snd frazzled is blocking the other two Obama
FEC Nominees!
Two-thirds of likely Iowa Republican caucusgoers earning less than $50,000 a year believe they personally would be better off or in the same situation under Herman Cain’s 9-9-9 tax plan, The Des Moines Register’s new Iowa Poll shows…….
http://www.balloon-juice.com/2011/11/04/everything-you-need-to-know-about-iowa-republican-caucus-voters/#comment-2858354
I figured they weren’t too bright and now I know. Strong steak of Masochism too.
Thanks rikyrah.
I see all the bad girls are out in full force today.
Me4Obama’s naughty mat can’t hold everyone, so I’m helping out by ordering a second naughty mat from Amazon….

The ‘real drivers of our debt’
By Steve Benen

This Cain stuff has helped Romney with head to head matchups with the president, not much, but a little!
Obamacare Is Working

Romney’s General Election “Strength”
And not from the Obama campaign directly.
http://andrewsullivan.thedailybeast.com/2011/11/romneys-general-election-strength.html
Gallup has been horrible for about a year or longer .. Didn’t they get caught changing their formula at will last year ?
Sorry, Chips I know we are all on the same team.
Hopefully we are!

Good grief:
There’s embracing the Koch brothers, and then there’s Herman Cain.
“I am the Koch brothers’ brother from another mother,” Cain told a crowd at a Koch-funded Americans For Prosperity gathering in Washington Friday.

no.he.didn’t.
no.he.didn’t.
How absolutedly revolting! A delusional disgrace to all black people everywhere!
Tell KochCain I said to go to hell!
Please let this man win the GOP nomination. Pretty Please!
DONNA I.am with you yes pretty please PBO will mop the floor with this guy do you remember
the so call hero Macain? on the debates.
I’m almost tempted to send him some campaign money. That’s how bad I want to see this fool stand next to our brilliant President in a Presidential debate. Geesh!
bwa ha ha donna! Entertaining? Definitely.
Oh lookie! Santa came early!!
I would love to hear Lawrence O’Donnell and Toure chat about this latest gem from Herman Cain. The minstrel theme just gets worse.
Boy that old white haired man in the crowd was sure enjoying what Cain said. I always have a hard time figuring out how people can think the Koch Bros. are on their side.
Bashir just showed it on tv.
Btw: this I phone and it’s spell check is giving me a hard time.
Skynet?
This man is totally funny. In a bad way.
where is that hole in the ground?
his poll numbers are going to go up for that one. lol wait and see
With all that has been said by Cain and character revealed with the charges and his blunders and lies I am scared that his poll numbers remain high.

BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
He is as flat as a flip-flop.
with maple syrup on the side

I love this clip. Friday IS good
WIW-
Thanks for reposting this video clip.
Ben stiller says he is disappointed in Obama.
So what, I am disappointed in Ben stiller sequel to night at the museum.
Btw- stiller has a new movie out- I see a pattern- bash the President to either sell books/movies!
Uh huh, uh huh…
Why does everyone need to give their opinion on the President? Actors, comedians, singers, dancers, seriously, does any one give a shit what these people think?
When will Ben Stiller be on Piers Morgan ‘s show? I need to know so I won’t even flick past CNN at that time.
Mr Morgan will be booking him all like now. Yuk.
Ben who said he was disappointed in Obama.
Can’t believe I’m going to add this, but President Obama looks better in a wet suit than President Sarkozy.
I’m reading upthread, and now I see y’all have that one covered!

Senate Democrats plan to roll out the next piece of President Obama’s job-creation legislation — this part on veterans — next week.
The bill is aimed at incentivizing companies to hire war veterans. It includes a tax credit to encourage companies to hire veterans as well as additional tax credits for hiring veterans with “service-connected disabilities.”

Are they really going to vote against Veterans?
I can’t wait to see the iCarly with FLOTUS dancing….their girls must be so jazzed their mom is on a popular tween show. Flotus looks so cool and cute.
My niece loves that show and of course Mrs. Obama, she is going to freak out..

He is a fricken weasel!
