The Romney campaign held a conference call with reporters this morning to lie about President Obama’s support of women. A reporter actually asked a very good question. Their lack of an immediate response backfired and the Obama campaign pounced. In addition to the youtube with the LONG SILENCE, they also provided a statement from (wait for it) LILY LEDBETTER herself for good measure. This is just pathetic. The Romney camp has to huddle to figure out how to respond to a question about equal pay for women. This should be a no brainer. You can’t make this stuff up.

Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey plans to announce as early as this afternoon that she is charging neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, according to a law enforcement official close to the investigation.
It was not immediately clear what charge Zimmerman will face
