First????
Congratulations Roberta on #1!
Thank you HF it’s been awhile, I was just checking to see what Chips had posted.
Hellooooooooooo Roberta!
Run President Obama! Run!
I can’t keep up with him UT!
Really Chips? You want to play that game? I can’t keep up with you; you energizer bunny!
Thanks Chips I can use the exercise
He looks good. Are you back now or still working too hard on your other job?
Ah Roberta, I never work too hard, that’s the problem …. if I was an efficient type I’d be getting this increased work-demand out of the way so I could come and hang out with you lovely/wacky people. Today was good, finished early, flippin’ hope it stays that way!
I hear from twitterverse that Newt Gingrich getting taken to woodshet by Rev Al on Politics Nation.
Credit where credit’s due I guess, good on Gingrich for even going on Rev Al’s show I guess.
MichaelaAngela Davis @MichaelaAngelaD
Lamh35, I watched that on Al’s show, Newtie was stammering a little bit, but that man can talk and talk and talk, Al did try putting him in his place, but it was hard. Newt stuck by what he had said during the primaries. He really is a sleaze ball. slimey on top of that.
Roberta once Newtie begins to stammer however slight, and once he admits that there was a meeting to sabotage PBO, it’s OVAH. Only Rev Al could come close to doing any of that. All the MSNBC or CNN pundits, black or white would be the ones left stammering, not Newt.
Keep whispering in the Rev’s ear ….
#InaugurationInsurgency …. will ‘trend’ before 6 Nov ….
#FORWARD
i would prefer not to have to look at Newtie again. There are so many other people—billions—-who are more worthy of air time, whatever the purpose.
I just posted a comment on the last thread about him admitting that the meeting occurred…..that’s what I saw on Twitter anyway since I didn’t watch……..
Tweet that newt said that to Lis Smith!
Rev sure did put the light on that roach. He also exposed the Congressional Committee for their role in trying to railroad Eric Holder the AG.
My husband said that Rev. Al ‘cooked Newt’s grits’.
Whoot
Congrats on first, Roberta:)
Thanks DF
About that loss in Americans net worth…http://mediamatters.org/research/201206120007
Right-Wing Media Hypes Fall In Net Worth, Ignores Burst Of Housing Bubble
5 hours and 4 minutes ago — 14 Comments
Right-wing media are attacking President Obama over a recent Federal Reserve report that found that the median net worth of American families contracted between 2007 and 2010. However, right-wing media are ignoring the effects of the burst of the housing bubble and its central role in causing the decrease in the median wealth of families.
Fed Blames Housing Crisis For Most Of The Decrease In Family Net Worth
Fed: “Housing Was Of Greater Importance Than Financial Assets For The Wealth Position Of Most Families.”
Did you all see this??? I hadn’t heard this before, well…just now.

After unanimous approval, the FEC ruled Monday night that campaigns can collect donations of up to $50 per billing cycle via cell phone. The charge would appear on the user’s phone bill. From The Hill:
Text donations would be capped at between $10 and $50 per billing cycle and campaigns would enforce that restriction through tracking donations from a single user’s mobile phone number to a single premium short code assigned to the political committee. The short code would also enable the aggregator and carriers to ensure “the $50 limit is never exceeded for one political recipient.”
I saw it too df.
woot. RT’ed.
Freaking awesome. Whenever the gossipy hacks aka pundits say it’s a “bad week” for Pres. Obama; translation: he’s kicking ass and they hate it!
Exactly UT. That’s why I don’t take my cues from the MSM as to how I should react to PBO or his campaign. I simply chill the F out. He’s got this!
#InaugurationInsurgency ….
Gonna beat this drum harder and harder ….

I passed this along. THIS NEEDS TO BE SEEN AND UNDERSTOOD BY AMERICA!
The Obama campaign has pumped nearly $14 million into a new, multi-week wave of television ads, a media-tracking source tells me.
The ad reservations span June 12 to July 2, covering Ohio ($3.6 million so far), Florida ($2.3 million), North Carolina ($1.7 million), Virginia ($1.3 million), Iowa ($1.1 million), Nevada ($1.1 million), Colorado ($1 million), Pennsylvania ($852,000) and New Hampshire ($800,000). Those numbers may grow as the campaign continues to buy.
All told, it’s about $13.7 million so far — a big sum of cash to throw down in June.
The buys come hours after the Obama camp unveiled its second TV ad targeting Mitt Romney’s record as governor of Massachusetts.
End of last month it was 25 million, then Priorities USA went up with a 7 million dollar buy and this week a 4 million dollar buy, and now this 14.7 million dollar buy.
That is almost 50 million smackerooz!
Woohoo!
Yah, 51 million!
I’m happy to see that Priorities USA have obviously been more successful in collecting donations. We’re going to need them. Read somewhere that swiftboat anti-Obama ads are launching or are about to launch—-down and dirty.
Helloo Chips Chica! How are you? Now that you are pausing for breath (and since you don’t have to nurse your twitter bud anymore) are you hunting for my Saturday reward picture? I’ll take one with a little one, as usual. Thanks!
Helloooooooooooooo my beloved (and ever so slightly crazy) VC, how are you doing my buddy??
This pic is perfect! Thank you ma’am.
I imagine I looked as pretty as this little cutie pie when **I** was a baby, yet there was no PBO for me to laugh with. She is fortunate!
I’m good! I haven’t been at all crazy this past week – too busy.
Are YOU all caught up on the (paying) work scene for now? I hope so for your sake.

First, we literally can’t afford to take anything for granted or to underestimate our opponents.
Second, it really is “all about the Benjamins”
Third, we can’t give our opponents the bat they will use to hit us, or legitimize GOP spin.
I am sure the campaign takes him very seriously. My mother always said that she was more afraid of a liar than she was a snake, and it is very true. Romney’s lies are dangerous.
Jackie, I think Romney both a liar and a snake.
meant to say “Is both a liar and a snake.”
This is definitely my position with regards to Romney. No matter what he says we should take him seriously, because IMO each little piece he utters is a piece that reveals who he is at his ‘core’.
Everyone who is on Twitter, please tweet this hashtag #ISupportAGEricHolder or #ISupportAGHolder to show your support for AG Eric Holder in his efforts to push back against GOP voter purge in FL.
Done!
Thanks Jackie – saw your tweet
I think it’s interesting that the Republicans ate Rabid, trying to find a scandal.
Act of desperation and behaving like they need something big, to unseat POTUS!
They are really desperate to find something – anything. They must be holding nightly auditions for Obama’s “Monica.” Sadly, like everything else they’ve tried – this one will backfire too.
Might want to start teething move on.org
They were instrumental in helping Clinton!
Teething! Give them a binky!
Okey dokey.
Looking at the pictures i have to say, President Obama has got to be the most hugged, the most touched politician in my lifetime. People just can’t seem to keep their hands to themselves when he’s near. Look at that young lady stroking his sleeve.
That’s my nephew in the 4th picture down – in light blue shirt getting ready to shake President Obama’s hand! I’m so excited for him – he works his butt off for the campaign and went to make persuadable calls afterward – a lot of young people are working hard to re-elect President Obama! I’m so proud and excited!
Good for him, he seems excited himself! No doubt you’ll get all the little details of his experience.
I feel good seeing so many young people engaged and aware that they are in a very real sense fighting for their futures.
