I’m using Firefox and it’s been there for weeks (at least) but it slides down unless you hover over it then it pops up. Otherwise it’s a little grey box on the lower right corner that says simply ‘follow’
Are you on IE? It’s known for not always displaying css positioning correctly. But I thought this newer version fixed it. I never use IE so don’t know for sure

has what is the most logical theory so far… which is that thanks to the economic collapse of 2008, and the massive losses he probably suffered, Romney might not have paid any taxes in 2009, thanks to tax-loss carryforwards.
As a member of the ultra-rich, Romney probably wasn’t spared major losses. And it’s possible that he suffered a large enough capital loss that, carried forward and coupled with his various offshore tax havens, he wound up paying no U.S. federal taxes at all in 2009. If true, this would be politically deadly for him. Even assuming that his return was thoroughly clean and legal — a safe assumption, it seems to me — the fallout would dwarf the controversy that attended the news that Romney had paid a tax rate of only 14 percent in 2010 and estimated he’d pay a similar rate in 2011.
We’re not sure whether Green is right that it would be politically “deadly” though we could certainly see why Romney wouldn’t want this known, if it were true.

Charles called out the racist rantings of John Sununu. He said the GOP can’t stand the idea of a Black man in what they consider White people’s house so they sent out everyone’s favorite drunk uncle; John Sununu to play racist. He said the GOP don’t like Romney. They aren’t voting for Romney, they’re voting against Pres. Obama because it burns them, it chokes them that a Black man is leading the country. He said they could run Opie for all they care as long as they succeed in removing Pres. Obama from what they consider “their house.”

Assuming that Sununu became a naturalized citizen, the fact remains that both of his parents were not Americans. That didn’t prevent from being elected Governor of a state, and serving as Chief of Staff for the 41st President, G. H. W. Bush. While we are at it, lets also put out the fact that Mitt’s father, Gorge Romney/ was born in Mexico. But that didn’t prevent George Romney from being elected Governor of Michigan, or for him running for president.

It’s a sad day when Mitt Romney accuses President Obama of being “extraordinarily foreign.” On the same day, Romney surrogate, John Sununu, says that Obama needs to “learn how to be an American.” This is pure xenophobia and code for racism. I’m disgusted by this sort of gutter politics. But it’s also kind of ironic that the man with bank accounts in Switzerland, the Cayman Islands, etc., (Romney), calls the other guy “foreign.”

has what is the most logical theory so far… which is that thanks to the economic collapse of 2008, and the massive losses he probably suffered, Romney might not have paid any taxes in 2009, thanks to tax-loss carryforwards.
As a member of the ultra-rich, Romney probably wasn’t spared major losses. And it’s possible that he suffered a large enough capital loss that, carried forward and coupled with his various offshore tax havens, he wound up paying no U.S. federal taxes at all in 2009. If true, this would be politically deadly for him. Even assuming that his return was thoroughly clean and legal — a safe assumption, it seems to me — the fallout would dwarf the controversy that attended the news that Romney had paid a tax rate of only 14 percent in 2010 and estimated he’d pay a similar rate in 2011.
We’re not sure whether Green is right that it would be politically “deadly” though we could certainly see why Romney wouldn’t want this known, if it were true.
