This is just getting embarrassing for Mitt…honestly…how can u change positions so much when we got you on tape saying the contrary? Who is he? is he even for real?
I’ll take the guy down on his knees, never mind the one who has no idea which side to turn to give a hug to someone! Can anyone spell Awkward? Can anyone spell Gracious? Oh, PBO, you are amazing, amazing!!
The pathological lair issued a statement that he supports FEMA. Remember, that is coming from a psychopathic, pathological liar who has publicly stated that he will do away with FEMA as we know it.
Hey Jer, that man needs to be hospitalize or committed with that Acute Romnesia, because it has obviously gotten progressively worst in the waning days of this election. Obama Care does cover preexisting conditions.
Xcel Energy of Minnesota and Wisconsin is sending linesmen and 46 vehicles of equipment to West Virginia. The convoy started in Newport, a suburb of the Twin CIties, then stopped in Eau Claire, WI today to add additional linesmen and vehicles. They were specifically requested, the linesmen of MN and WI being noted for their abilitly to work rapidly in blizzard and icing conditions. They are the best!
I find it somewhat ironic that such a conservative state turns to two fairly liberal states for assistance. Midwesterners are generally more than willing to assist.
Other/additional Xcel workers are heading right to the east coast.
Team Romney are having a press conference/gaggle and they’re pushing the idea that they’re going to win PA, MN, and MI. Reporters are mocking them.

Hey Lisa, I thought I seen Christi wipe a tear (I am not speaking facetiously) when President Obama was taking about not leaving no one behind. When you get a chance to review the tape, focus on Christi as PBO is speaking, especially about leaving no one behind.
tell them to keep in mind that MLK Senior’s republican party is different from this one. this one wouldn’t have him now if he painted his skin white and did the funky chicken.
“King never endorsed politicians and “took this position in order to maintain a bipartisan posture, which I have followed all along in order to be able to look objectively at both parties at all times.” We also know from his autobiography that he wrote to a supporter in 1956 that “in the past, I always voted the Democratic ticket.”
PBO quoted Christie: “thanks to the first responders who were helping shuttle people out…. telling them to get the hell out of here.” loose paraphrase!!!
“A Republican congresswoman accused the Obama administration of promulgating regulations that are undermining job creation at an auto manufacturer that has been defunct since 1988. She was responding to a question on Monday about Mitt Romney’s dishonest claims regarding Jeep moving its production overseas.
During an appearance on MSNBC, Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) dodged a question about Romney’s debunked Jeep claims and instead attacked the Obama administration for issuing regulations that are harming workers at American Motors Corporation, a company once headed by George Romney. AMC was sold to Chrysler during the Ronald Reagan administration and its brands were then discontinued.”
Boo and howdy do to all my O peeps on this great getting up TODoween day!!!! I am relishing in the glow of some good positive stuff starting this morning with Axe promising to cut off his 40 year mustache if PBO loses Penn, Wisc, or Mich. to almost finalizing #2′s trip to Spain on the day after the election. So she will definitely be flying high on the 7th. The only negative is the camera we ordered is being shipped from New York and they can’t say when it’ll be sent or whether UPS can get it to her before she leaves.
My political take today is as I listen to PBO, I’m assured that this is the best man for the job. I do believe the other guy had nightmares last night. He dreamed of Christie chasing him around a sparsely filled rally arena.
Also wrong from Romney campaign about FL – the number of votes cast. It is 2,657,711. Not 2 million. Dems lead by 49,000 votes too.— Eric Jotkoff (@Eric_Jotkoff) October 31, 2012
I am always so impressed with President Obama in these kind of situations. He knows the exact right things to say. I have never seen anyone like him——-ever. He was informative about all aspects, reassuring and supportive to all affected, and very moving at the end——’this is what America is, we pull together, we take care of each other, we leave no one behind’ type thoughts. As I felt the emotion, I saw Gov. Christie try to quickly wipe away what I assume may have been a tear also.

While images of flooded homes and powerless streets continue to inundate the television airwaves, officials in most states affected by superstorm Sandy say that next Tuesday’s elections will take place as planned — with a few tweaks.
In some places, states have voting machines that can operate on battery power if the lights still aren’t turned on six days from now. And in other places, officials are expanding early voting access to allow affected voters to cast their ballots before Nov. 6.
Jovie, in our PA county, we were told that there were enough generators to keep the voting going even if the electricity went out. I would bet Fema would be handing out a lot of generators to keep polling machines working next Tuesday in NJ. This will be a high priority for the president.
WaPo-ABC tracking poll: high marks for President Obama on Hurricane Sandy response
// President Obama gets sky-high marks for his response to Hurricane Sandy, which cut a brutal path along the country’s East Coast on Monday, according to the latest release of the Washington Post-ABC News tracking poll.
Nearly eight in 10 likely voters say the president has done an “excellent” or “good” job dealing with what’s been labeled a “super storm.” Almost as many give positive reviews to the federal government’s response generally. Even two-thirds of those who support Republican Mitt Romney in next week’s presidential election say Obama is doing well in this area. //
Wow! He didn’t get the props he deserved for bin Laden, which shocked me at the time, but at least he’s getting credit now. Spectacular. Christie’s response has helped immeasurably here, I believe — some people won’t think or say anything unless a republican says it first.
Whatever his reasons, and I don’t believe they’re all selfish——-as someone just said, the keynote speaker from the Republican convention just endorsed President Obama.
This is the way it SHOULD have been over the past 4 years: republicans and democrats working together with our President in the best interests of the country. Imagine what we could have accomplished if the TeaOP hadn’t so callously and ignorantly obstructed PBO? They ought to be ashamed of themselves, but I don’t think they’re capable of that emotion.
The silver lining, the gift in all this unfortunate tragedy, may be that enough Americans may come to their senses to realize how powerful we are when we work together.
What a leader we have! As Michelle said, being President reveals who you really are, and America can see — once again — just how awesome this man really is.

Yes, he is making the government work FOR us. The government is not our enemy, it is not the problem. In many instances it is the solution.
