Had a GREAT day at the staging location – thx for RT’s – Pretty busy little place we got goin’ there. I’m taking this week off so I can volunteer and then just rest and get caught up on personal stuff. But for the next coupl-a days it’s OBAMA ALL THE TIME!
Oh. except for right now I think I’m going to fall fast asl-
Same here, not sure I will be able to view the rest of PBO’s rallies before election day on Tuesday so am going to take in one more here tonight.
I think everyone just wants this over with pickle. It’s been a long time a coming getting this man back into office for another 4 years. With that I have great confidence that he will keep his chair at the oval office. Hang in there e1 there in the U.S. You all did a fantastic job supporting your president. Hats off to you all!
But this week it was Giuliani who dropped out of the race and endorsed McCain, praising him as an “American hero.”
The endorsement was a reflection of the authentic respect McCain and Giuliani have for each other. But that’s not all the two candidates share. The endorsement deal was solidifed when both campaigns stayed at the Deerfield Hilton in Florida, following the Republican debate in Boca Raton on January 24. The two campaigns’ staff mingled easily over drinks. Acknowledging that his candidate was not likely to survive a defeat in Florida, a Giuliani aide approached one of the McCain senior staffers. Come Wednesday, he said, “Just tell us what want us to do — we’ve got to stop him.”
“Him,” of course, is Mitt Romney, the candidate who seems to be uniting his Republican rivals almost as much as Hillary Clinton. “The degree to which campaigns’ personal dislike for Mitt Romney has played a part in this campaign cannot be underestimated,” says an adviser to one of those rival campaigns. While sharp words have been exchanged between practically every Republican candidate at one point or another on the campaign trail, the aversion to Romney seems to go beyond mere policy disagreements. It’s also a suspicion of what they see is his hypocrisy and essential phoniness — what one former staffer for Fred Thompson called Romney’s “wholesale reinvention.”
Romney is a turd, Ladyhawke, he’s always been a turd, and the republican politicians know he’s a turd. What appalls me most about Romney, republican politicians, and their supporters is that they all know he’s a turd, and that they’re willing to vote for him and make him POTUS.
Definitely highlights that their priorities are not with what’s best for the country, but rather, with what’s best for their party – regardless of the consequences. They really are reprehensible and without integrity.

It’s hard for this girl to figure out all the short form’s of 50 states. We’ve got just a few here in Canada. I think about 11 or 12.
I remember waiting in line to get into an arena to see him in February 2008 when it was -13 degrees!! People had blankets wrapped around themselves, snowmobile suits, etc., etc.
The President has to be exhausted, given that today is the first day of DST, and it’s actually 1:30 in the morning already for him. He’s working so hard.
I have to tell you all that I was simply amazed watching Clintons last rally…what a guy! He pretty much lost his voice with all the campaigning he did for PBO. What a dedicated man he has been and such a force for this campaign. Very intelligent man as well.
I was thrilled to see him in Eau Claire this last week — and especially to be joined by a daughter and a college-age granddaughter. I was so glad my granddaughter will have this memory of her first election. She also went with me to see Biden when he visited Eau Claire.
You are very welcome amk! Your niece is here? cool! I hope she is doing okay with being away from family for 2 months. Our weather is like 4 seasons in one day in Auckland.. hopefully it hasn’t been too troublesome for her.. its been slightly chilly during day but very warm at night most days lol

I will continue to post this until we are celebrating VICTORY, TOGEHTER, on 6 Nov (btw, my wife’s birthday ) ….
Good evening all. Long, long, VERY PRODUCTIVE day. Great canvass response, lots of doors knocked, calls made. High % not home, however, when contact was made, response was overwhelmingly PBO. Can’t believe that at this late date there were a few “undecided;” people pls…
I’ve missed most of the events today. Once I had a rally on in background. Was really too busy to watch or even listen. Looking forward to this one, then its off to bed. 0600 comes mighty early!
Thank you so much for all you are doing Alycee and for sharing this positive report with us!! He’s just so special and here he is in Aurora CO almost 18 hours after he left the White House inspiring Americans, inspiring the entire world!!!
DON’T SLEEP AMERICA – these next 48 hours are the most special hours you will ever have.
Love that last sentence, “Times polling expert Nate Silver estimates that Obama has an 85.5 percent chance of winning, and predicts the president will take more than 300 electoral votes on Tuesday.”
“It just should be easier than this to vote. It just should be. At the end of the president’s speech, I was standing on the press riser with White House adviser Valerie Jarrett, who was keeping up with all of this on her BlackBerry. “Why are we arguing about voting in the United States of America in 2012?” she asked. She had me there.”
Talk all over the interwebs and slowly getting into the MSM about vote suppression in Ohio and Florida. When Romney loses those 2 states there will be NO argument – PBO will win by many more votes than the count represents.
Culture strain – the discrepancy between ideal culture, that expressed in our stated beliefs and values, and real culture, that expressed in our actual behavior
We still have a long way to go but we will not abandon the struggle.
Happy Birthday AMK and Jeff! Hope you get the best b-day present on Tuesday:-)
This is a must read, made me cry and that doesn’t happen to me very often. In any event, it is well worth your time, it is about PBO’s “Final campaign, win or lose.
Maybe we can create a position called “President of the world” (Chris Matthews’ Clinton fantasies not withstanding), and have President Obama run for that one. 20 year terms. Everybody in the world would get to vote.

Hi Bob – if you are still around – I loved your comment on middle age and over the hill – (especially given my elder person status)
I think it was truer than you know – In my other life I am a family history resarcher and my extended family all lived on the eastern coast of Australia (after leaving the UK) – I have visited many resting places in many small coastal towns & they are all on the side of the hill – overlooking the sea – often the best piece of real estate in the town. So, in truth – they are all buried “over the hill”.
Me too Bob! Give “Union Thugs” any time I have to face emergencies. I know of no instance when corporate CEO’s saved people from storms, earthquakes, raging fires, terrorists attacks, etc., etc.!
What is completely astounding to me: no one in the Republican party or the Romney campaign thought to pull together these CEO’s, showing them contributing millions to the relief effort for Sandy. After all, ‘charity’ is supposed to be adequate to do the job where government is not, right? Yet no one thought to show these bastards who have spent millions to lie about PBO & other Dem’s, actually using their wealth for good.
we are on the brink of history. it is close to 2.00 in the Ultimate Swing State (the Buckeye State) and I cannot go to sleep. trying with all we can to make sure that Ohio remains Obama-Country and that it puts him over the top.

It’s 2am and the perfect time to share a deep, dark secret that I always wondered if other people had as well:
~slips on strappy red heels and turns on secret sharing slow music~
When I can’t sleep, especially if it’s because something’s on my mind, one of my favorite feel-better things to do is re-watch Election night ’08 footage of the moment PBO’s win was announced. Four years later and I still get weepy and filled with incredible joy at all the announcements and people cheering. ~blushes~
No need to blush, Beverly. I’ve watched that video countless times and am more touched by it the next time. Just imagine how many special times you will have watching the video of what we will all experience on 6 Nov 2012
For me, it’s the finale of the big concert at the Lincoln Memorial, two days before the Inauguration in Jan. 2009. Beyonce singing, all the other singers on stage, the crowd, the smiles everywhere, the President-elect having goosebumps at the end of the song. I cry every time. So much joy in the air.
AMK, I am right there with you although I don’t know why you are not firmly including NH. Actually the President has a much better chance of winning NH than he does winning NC. Tentatively, the President’s win may range between 303 and 359 EVs. To be more precise about my prediction, the President will win 348EVs.

All of the models you discussed seem to have Obama winning. So can you tell me whether articles like this (http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1112/83288.html?hp=t2_3) are just campaigns/media trying to spin or a legitimate concern. Silver addressed the possibility that all the state polls could be off but do you think pollsters are inaccurately predicting the 2012 turnout demographic vs. that of 2008?
Sam Wang // Nov 4, 2012 at 10:06 pm
Well, yes. That is because they use the same empirical data. I am unaware of any legitimate calculation that shows otherwise.
The alternative: by some odd coincidence, pollsters as a group, who were within <1% in the last two elections, suddenly all went off beam by an average of 3%. This was noticed right at the moment when it would push the race to Romney, despite an overall Obama +3% lead. All the rarely-polling organizations happen to side with the nonpartisan pollsters, as Drew Linzer has shown. And the three lone holdouts are Rasmussen, Gravis, and ARG.
This hypothesis does not seem parsimonious. It seems to be a transparent ploy. On the other hand, Romney’s chief pollster says I am misled.
Of course, Majii, they have, and not just to give Romney a boost, but to suck 100s of millions of Koch, Adelson, etc $$ into their and, much more importantly, broadcast industry coffers.
And, while the plutocrats won’t have their puppet in the White House they know full well that their ‘downside’ with President Obama is zero.
The truly smart uber-rich dudes – like Buffet, Gates, etc – know that the very best thing for their continued expansion of personal wealth is a thriving American economy and they know President Obama is way, way better than Romney and his crazy neocon masters in ensuring the stability and sustainability that yields that result.
“I think that Rasmussen, Gravis, ARG, Gallup, and some others have been playing games with the polls along, Bobfr in an attempt to give Romney a boost.”
Majii, may be these pollsters have inside knowledge and are trying to provide cover for plans to electronically steal the election. Somehow, I don’t think that all these billionaires and millionaires spent so much money without a back up plan. The only way to defeat them is through massive voting.
“I don’t think that all these billionaires and millionaires spent so much money without a back up plan. The only way to defeat them is through massive voting.”
The only reason the turnout will be less than 2008 (if it is) is the GOP voter suppression – user-id laws – confusion – no time to vote – etc etc. This was ALL part of the greater GOP plan to make PBO a one term President. The nonsense by the media after the first debate was an attempt to reduce the enthusiasm of democratic voters – and it did quite the opposite. The polls, at that time, and since, imo are dropping 1-2% minimum from President Obama.
On our side, given all the early voting data we’ve seen, 99, it appears we will exceed 2008 turnout. The more the GOP tries to suppress, the more aware everyone has become that we must crush them, now.
Bob, you are absolutely right that turnout in this election will exceed the 2008 turnout! This is what’s is scaring them. The reported record numbers for AA early voters in NC will send shock waves in Republican circles. This is going to be a very difficult election for them to steal.
“The reported record numbers for AA early voters in NC will send shock waves in Republican circles.”
When those numbers were announced late yesterday I stood up and cheered.
The AA, Hispanic, LGBT, young Americans & WOMEN all know that there is no going backwards that won’t mean decades of hardship and no guarantee that the discrimination Mitt and the Tea Party will heap on them will ever be overcome.
Those NC AA numbers, including the fact that 61% of that massive turnout were AA women – that has to be what we see all throughout the Nation.
So, I go to bed at a reasonable hour to try to get 8 hours of sleep and I miss the bday parties for AMK and Jeff. Shame on me! So belated wishes to you both for a tremendous year ahead!
Gallop’s last poll published was Oct 28 – they haven’t polled since the storm – so haven’t been able to flip back to PBO like everyone else. Supposedly they were going to start again last Friday but I haven’t seen any results as yet. That drop in Oct for PBO was the Press trying to generate a race

Good morning TOD family – couldn’t keep up with the night owls, but yesterday was a good day. I was canvassing again in New Hampshire and will be off again in half an hour for the third consecutive day in the Granite State. OFA Massachusetts had more than 1600 volunteers in NH yesterday. I truly believe that NH will stay blue and I will be happy to know that I was part of this great effort to secure four more years for the best President ever.
Morning everyone! Just finished reading here. Was exhausted last night when I got back from the office (OFA) Made hundreds of calls, trained people on Dashboard and call sheet calls….place was packed! I decided to call Ohio yesterday…got one clueless woman on the phone, she answered instead of her sister, that I was SUPPOSED to talk to, but she wasn’t home. If I had to guess, I’d say this woman was in her early 20′s…..she told me that she wasn’t voting. EVER! WTF!!! I told her that I was very sad to hear that and asked her why. She HATES govt, thinks both PBO and R are a joke, and was never going to vote. So young, so ignorant and cynical already…..since I was on the phone with her and really wanted to move along, and let’s face it, I wasn’t going to change HER mind….I let her go. But holy shit….I literally had to walk away from my computer and take a break after that one. I’ve NEVER been at a loss for words, but her cynical ugly take really amazed me…especially at such a young age….and being a WOMAN! THAT blew me away.
The rest of my calls, when I got someone on the phone, went great. Lots had voted for PBO already…and gave voting info to a nice guy that was going to vote early today.
I was so tired that I went to bed at 8:30 last night….sorry that I missed Jeff’s birthday… Happy Birthday, Jeff!!!!
Amk….I wished you a Happy Birthday yesterday, but not sure that you saw my BD wishes to you:) Hugs!
Good morning df and thank you for all the effort!!! That young woman has no idea how much of her life is on the line. Fortunately, millions of women throughout America do.

Also, hopefully, they realize its just another dirty rethug trick.

I say we round up all these little POS…THE TAKERS, and throw all their sorry asses in JAIL! The ones that evaded taxes, suppressed voters, didn’t play by the same rules as everyone else…you know who I’m talking about! Maybe they could ALL go share a cell in one of their private prisons and PAY FOR IT THEMSELVES!
Hi df – ty for all you do – sad about the young lass – maybe someone in her family will sort her out – my daughter was that way inclined – and we had a long long talk about WHY that attitude would never fix anything – I think these are the young ones who should be taking part in the debate/discussion – get themselves a say – rather than scream from the outside.
As for Romney & his friends – they are takers, all for self, all the time. I keep thinking Romney is worse than McCain – until I hear the latter still ranting and raving – he just can’t believe the black guy defeated him – will be interesting how Romney copes with that result.
Hi there, 99ts:) Glad you had “the talk” with your daughter! Something tells me that no one will do the same for that poor lost soul I talked to yesterday. So sad. As far as who’s worse…they’re ALL pathetic. They have all lost their way and deserve to be barred from holding nay elected office for generations.
Latino Decisions poll: Obama 73, Romney 24

President Obama embarks on his last day of campaigning before election day with stops in Madison, Wisc., Columbus, Ohio, and Des Moines, Iowa. The president and first lady will then head to Chicago, where they will spend the night.

I’m superstitious and everytime I’ve followed big events here O has done very well (2nd and 3rd debate, Eastwood, DNC convention, Biden debate). Last time I watched it all on MSNBC but it would work my last nerve to go through that tomorrow. Enjoy this last day of PBO rallies and keep pushing. Good luck.
While SEIU has emphasized registering and mobilizing black and Latino voters, the AFL-CIO, from which SEIU disaffiliated in 2005, has made a massive push in Ohio’s white working class through its Working America program, which has signed up more than 1 million working-class Ohioans who don’t belong to unions to become members of its political action program. While Henry is door-knocking in a four-block stretch of Cleveland’s black community, AFL-CIO officials are canvassing the white working-class neighborhoods of Canton and Columbus. And both campaigns supplement the massive efforts of the Obama campaign itself.
“What struck me today,” said Henry, “was how many people brought up voter suppression, and how it impelled them to vote early.” Voters raised the topic at doorstep after doorstep; one woman told Henry that she had lined up early on the day early voting started, three weeks ago, precisely because the Republicans’ effort to suppress the vote had made her determined to cast the first vote in Cleveland for Obama. Every voter who answered his or her door on Saturday, Henry said, had either voted early or would vote today and tomorrow, with the exception of just one determined to vote on Election Day itself.

I wrote the article. Just to be clear: Romney didn’t avoid $80 million in Irish dividend withholding taxes, but a Bain fund he invests in. The Bain fund also avoided an unknown amount (probably tens of millions) of Irish capital gains tax. Romney received $2,1 million in dividends from the fund in 2010/2011 and $5,5 million in capital gains.
Can’t decide – I should go get some groceries, particularly juices so I can drink at the party, but having booted up the laptop I am on the way to being hooked in trying to catch up. Hmmmm….should I go before PBO’s first speech, or between the first and the second? These kinds of decisions are so difficult for me to make.
Rush out and stock up, bountifully, and then you won’t have to leave your home until after you recover from the celebration – probably sometime on Friday
I am making those decisions right now as well. I’m going to go in between speeches and stock up on everything I need for the next couple of days because I will be at one with my laptop. And soaking up all the details of VICTORY.
Ah Meta and Bobfr, between the two of you I’m right back at the start! I’m going to take a shower and go now, I think, because I suspect that once I sit before the laptop it’ll be harder to get up. I think everyone just wants this over with pickle. It’s been a long time a coming getting this man back into office for another 4 years. With that I have great confidence that he will keep his chair at the oval office.
Still here, Joy!
Good job theo!
RUDY (NOUN + VERB + 9/11) GIULIANI HOLDS HIS NOSE AND CAMPAIGNS FOR ROMNEY
1) Joe Biden: Noun + Verb + 9/11 = Giuliani Vocabulary
2) The ‘I Hate Romney’ Club
It’s also a suspicion of what they see is his hypocrisy and essential phoniness — what one former staffer for Fred Thompson called Romney’s “wholesale reinvention.”
http://www.time.com/time/politics/article/0,8599,1709507,00.html
Romney is a turd, Ladyhawke, he’s always been a turd, and the republican politicians know he’s a turd. What appalls me most about Romney, republican politicians, and their supporters is that they all know he’s a turd, and that they’re willing to vote for him and make him POTUS.
Definitely highlights that their priorities are not with what’s best for the country, but rather, with what’s best for their party – regardless of the consequences. They really are reprehensible and without integrity.
It’s the middle of the night in CO….
Where is CO bwd?
Next to UT and KS.
I was going to say, if you are in Colorado you got the wrong time. lol
It’s hard for this girl to figure out all the short form’s of 50 states. We’ve got just a few here in Canada. I think about 11 or 12.

9 news says 12-15,000 people (comments on web)
This crowd will go home soon. It’s late and cold….
I remember waiting in line to get into an arena to see him in February 2008 when it was -13 degrees!! People had blankets wrapped around themselves, snowmobile suits, etc., etc.
They still seem pretty fired up!
The President has to be exhausted, given that today is the first day of DST, and it’s actually 1:30 in the morning already for him. He’s working so hard.
Has anyone heard why PBO is so late? I wonder what happened?
He was probably doing all the pictures and autograph stuff up front, so they can leave as soon as the rally is done.
Throat/voice maintenance maybe? Poor dear.
I have to tell you all that I was simply amazed watching Clintons last rally…what a guy! He pretty much lost his voice with all the campaigning he did for PBO. What a dedicated man he has been and such a force for this campaign. Very intelligent man as well.
He did a great job during this campaign – and he genuinely looked like he was enjoying himself.
Didn’t he? Dude’s in his element for sure.
I was thrilled to see him in Eau Claire this last week — and especially to be joined by a daughter and a college-age granddaughter. I was so glad my granddaughter will have this memory of her first election. She also went with me to see Biden when he visited Eau Claire.
I love the way this man says “President Barack Obama”
some respect is great, unlike the msm who president clinton , or governor romney more frequently than they say president obama
…msm who say….
As well as the respect in the words – there was love and respect in the tone – it was just grand to listen to him.
PBO is starting his speech in Colorado!!!!! His voice needs some rest ….. in two days
He was only 15 minutes late.
Yeah, it wasn’t bad. I have to admit, I’m getting quite protective of him….. Worry like he’s one of my kids! Sheesh.
I love the man — and am so inspired by him. I sincerely believe he is already a great president. I want him in office for our country and our world.
This is a truly great man; so glad he is our President!
THIS!!!
THIS! THIS! and THIS!
THIS! THIS! THIS! and THIS!
I love how the crowd is chanting “not change!”
He is having FUN!!!!!! So much FUN!!!!!
Please, friends, have FUN!!! WITH HIM ….
Yet he’s also so earnest. There is so much at stake. And his throat sounds raw.
oOPS… bringing it over from last post… HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMK…. and also a HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEFF!!!

Thank you KR. My niece is right now in Auckland for two month internship with some hospital there.
She lives in UK. Compared to that nasty little hellhole of island, any place in the world would be an oasis.
This is her first visit to NZ and sez people are very friendly and helpful. Should I trust her judgment ?
I will continue to post this until we are celebrating VICTORY, TOGEHTER, on 6 Nov (btw, my wife’s birthday

Your wife’s going to have a great birthday present at the end of the day, Bob. Her birthday will bring us good karma for the day.
Great day to celebrate a birthday – the world will be joining in
Bob, say happy b’day from across the map to the missus. Hopefully we will give her the best b’day present yet.

Love you guys. FORWARD! ———->

Love that last sentence, “Times polling expert Nate Silver estimates that Obama has an 85.5 percent chance of winning, and predicts the president will take more than 300 electoral votes on Tuesday.”
347, it’s my golden prediction.
Wow, this guy’s voice is going to go down in History….He sounds so much like MLK!
Oooh baby signed sealed delivered …. I’m yours. Yes PBO you are…..
Go to bed, man.

And, he has certainly earned it, as you, dear friend, know all too well!

Folks there just want to get close to the man – and some stand back to allow others to get closer – these are people who care
He’s a giver. Romney’s a taker……
THIS !!
the prez is beat – he will have a good sleep tonight
He always says God Bless America. And I think God bless PBO.
Amen!
Ooh, that music sounds Irish!!
From Charles Pierce –
“It just should be easier than this to vote. It just should be. At the end of the president’s speech, I was standing on the press riser with White House adviser Valerie Jarrett, who was keeping up with all of this on her BlackBerry. “Why are we arguing about voting in the United States of America in 2012?” she asked. She had me there.”
Talk all over the interwebs and slowly getting into the MSM about vote suppression in Ohio and Florida. When Romney loses those 2 states there will be NO argument – PBO will win by many more votes than the count represents.

Theo – post 2016 I am sure PBO will have a major presence on the world stage – he won’t need to be elected – the world will ask for him
This is true.
Theo, YES! YES! YES! (to quote Meg Ryan from when harry met sally!) That would be totally awesome.
Thank you Foxfire
Amen, Bob. His presidency is just the beginning.
Exactly, pickle, and the next 4 years are going to be more amazing than the Renaissance
It is bittersweet.
Thx FF. You all better get me that present tomorrow.
That’s a very emotional read, FF. Thanks.
Very off topic -
Hi Bob – if you are still around – I loved your comment on middle age and over the hill – (especially given my elder person status)
I, too, love ‘Union Thugs’!
Breathtaking.
I am taking BWD advice to PBO, heading to bed. Good night my dearest TOD family.
Good night – I’m heading out, too. Will stay up all night tomorrow until Wednesday.
we are on the brink of history. it is close to 2.00 in the Ultimate Swing State (the Buckeye State) and I cannot go to sleep. trying with all we can to make sure that Ohio remains Obama-Country and that it puts him over the top.

I still have the LA Kings Stanley Cup final on my DVR.

Let’s face it, he knows he’s approaching 99% at 270
#FORWARD
Intrade has both WH and Ohio at about 66% and PV by 0.5 or at 56% more at for our man.
The now cast is 88% – while this stays ahead of the election day % there is more upside to come for the President.
Yup, nowcast is even worse for mittbot.
I am still sticking with my 343 + EV prediction.
AMK, I am right there with you although I don’t know why you are not firmly including NH. Actually the President has a much better chance of winning NH than he does winning NC. Tentatively, the President’s win may range between 303 and 359 EVs. To be more precise about my prediction, the President will win 348EVs.
nath, at that time I made this map, L had left out NH and it came to 343.
http://www.270towin.com/2012_election_predictions.php?mapid=HZq&referring_service=email#.UHpqUPCWOis.email
That’s why now I revised it to 343+.
Oh hai!
This is a great tweet and is exactly what I have been thinking since early voting began. Everyone should be voting straight Democrat!
Okay, so we have this graphic that shows PBO job creation, has anyone seen one for Romney job creation when he was MA governor?
No graphic, just the fact that he managed to do almost as much harm to MA as Katrina did to LA. MA at 47th and LA at either 48th or 49th in job creation before he departed the MA Governor’s mansion.

Meanwhile over at sam wang’s place
Princeton Student // Nov 4, 2012 at 9:54 pm
Professor Wang,
All of the models you discussed seem to have Obama winning.
On the other hand, Romney’s chief pollster says I am misled.
http://election.princeton.edu/2012/11/04/comparisons-among-aggregators-and-modelers/#comments
Professor Wang is not, ever, to be trifled, as you well know amk
#FORWARD
I think that Rasmussen, Gravis, ARG, Gallup, and some others have been playing games with the polls along, Bobfr in an attempt to give Romney a boost.
#TrustBarack
“I think that Rasmussen, Gravis, ARG, Gallup, and some others have been playing games with the polls along, Bobfr in an attempt to give Romney a boost.”
Majii, may be these pollsters have inside knowledge and are trying to provide cover for plans to electronically steal the election. Somehow, I don’t think that all these billionaires and millionaires spent so much money without a back up plan. The only way to defeat them is through massive voting.
“I don’t think that all these billionaires and millionaires spent so much money without a back up plan. The only way to defeat them is through massive voting.”
YES! We Can
The only reason the turnout will be less than 2008 (if it is) is the GOP voter suppression – user-id laws – confusion – no time to vote – etc etc.
#FORWARD
Bob, you are absolutely right that turnout in this election will exceed the 2008 turnout! This is what’s is scaring them. The reported record numbers for AA early voters in NC will send shock waves in Republican circles. This is going to be a very difficult election for them to steal.
Agree, nath. As you note …
#TrustBarack
I hope the whiny left realizes that this is happening because they ‘sent a message’ in 2010.
So, I go to bed at a reasonable hour to try to get 8 hours of sleep and I miss the bday parties for AMK and Jeff. Shame on me! So belated wishes to you both for a tremendous year ahead!
Thank you, Susan.
Cool new OFA email tells me that “392,652 people named Susan have already voted. You should too!”
No worries, I’ll be at the polls early tomorrow AM.
I don’t think I will watch that Iowa rally. Me thinks, I will get the jist of it on this blog.
To sad fie me to watch that.
Just saying.
Good morning!

I wonder why?

Last big swing state to call. Very close!
The outlier with mittbot at 5% ? you guessed it, our good old gallup.
Happy, Belated B-Day, Pops! I got distracted before I could say it last night then I accidentally fell asleep and missed your party and the rally.

I know right? I’m glad we are putting up a fight! It would be nice to win it, but my configuration never included it.
I ain’t giving up until the fat lady has sung.
I wouldn’t either, amk. I wouldn’t either.
Doesn’t matter now- the real poll is tomorrow.
And, all the early voting underway today.
The big news late yesterday were those NC AA early voting tallies – those numbers were astonishing …
Good to know.
How nice – “some GOP anxiety” – I hope they are shivering in their boots
Boy that wasn’t what I heard from the nervous progressive media all night last night. All the msnbc hosts were really upset over lower ## in cuyahoga and increased ## statewide (read: RWNJ districts).
Hope this guy has more up to date info.
Good morning all! I’m sure you already know this but http://www.270towin.com has a very good do-it-yourself interactive map for those who want to play out the different scenarios.
Goooooooooood Morninggggggggggggg……MsChipssssssss….GM TOD…..
we are almost there….going into the OFA office after work today……Fireddddddddddd UP…Ready to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for all your hard work. We really really want that Granite State!
Thanks df. Yes, I saw it y’day.
Good morning df and thank you for all the effort!!! That young woman has no idea how much of her life is on the line. Fortunately, millions of women throughout America do.

Did y’all here about Linda McMahon slapping her face next to a pic of PBO saying that CT voters can vote for her and PBO? The kicker? Those fliers are mostly in black communities. They have ads running of so called Obama supporters who will be voting for that Repuke trash. SMH. hopefully, the ad that PBO cut for that state has been running non stop all over CT. Also, hopefully, they realize its just another dirty rethug trick.

More tax evasion through the NETHERLANDS????????????? http://www.democraticunderground.com/10021715130
Major Dutch Paper Discovers: Romney avoided $100m taxes through the Netherlands.
By ALEXANDER BURNS | 11/5/12 7:32 AM
The last impreMedia-Latino Decisions 2012 tracking poll shows Obama’s lead over Romney with Latinos continuing to hover around the 50-percentage point mark.
But are they/will they vote? That’s the question.
If they don’t, SB 1070 awaits them on a national level!
President Obama embarks on his last day of campaigning before election day with stops in Madison, Wisc., Columbus, Ohio, and Des Moines, Iowa. The president and first lady will then head to Chicago, where they will spend the night.

GM all – it’s after midnight here in Sydney and I can’t sleep – completely wired. Will not watch pundit coverage tomorrow night but will follow here first. Good luck.
Do what you can, please! Our country depends on it. Literally.
I will and my Ma is a huge PBO supporter – she prays for him before his major events.
Welcome to be with us at all times, cluny! We love the support from every quarter.

I feel certain you (have been and) will enjoy each moment, starting from (our) last night and stretching into our tomorrow when the President and VP Biden will add their personal joint gift. Talk about someone stretching out his/her birthday celebrations – you take the cake!!! *** + ♥ ♥ Pard!
LOL. Thanks pardner. Any excuse to partay.
That graphic is really sweet.
Isn’t it great! Positively joyful.
It sure is, amk!!
Well done VC!!!
A bit lopsided!
I stole it from Symmetry a while back (obviously hers was more symmetrical and pretty
) and ever since have been trying to get it right. I’m giving up, admitting I can’t borrow talent. [ps Symmetry, you don't need to cringe anymore when I bring it out.

Heh, being a little crooked is all the fun.

It’s scenes like these that give me the confidence that we will win big tomorrow.
Thanks. Will spread the word.
Obama, who was in Hollywood on Sunday, won’t be in Florida on Monday. But his wife, first lady Michelle Obama, will be in Orlando.
Here’s a scorecard:
• Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa will be outside of the Miami-Dade Supervisor of Elections office in Doral with the Obama campaign to “encourage local residents to Vote Now!” at 9:30 a.m.
• First Lady Michelle Obama attends a Democratic rally in Orlando at 6 p.m.
Don’t forget THIS news from TAKER MITT!!

I’ve been standing all this time since I’m supposedly doing my dancercise. We won’t mention that my fingers have been by far the most active participant in this session….as is usually the case.
Good morning, TOD family. I got the email to find out how many Lala’s have voted. Answer: 117. Now, the issues with my name is that it is spelled so many different ways: Layla, Laila, Leila and others. Of course, I have no way of knowing if they are counting all these spellings, but assume they are. Anyway, just love that the campaign is doing this. It’s just neat.
Will be off in a bit to do some NC phone banking. FORWARD>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
