Hello, TODville! I got home about half an hour ago from knocking on doors and calling. Fired UP! I checked the post here a couple of times from my phone, but it was too awkward to post. I’m have some shrimp to dip, waiting for my jambalaya pasta, and I’ve got salsa and chips to keep me through the evening. My two closest Dem. friends aren’t home tonight; I’m glad I have you to celebrate with. I don’t have cable – does anyone have a good suggestion for watching the results online? I understand they’ve already called Michigan for PBO – Yay! Chrysler gave it’s workers the day off to vote – guess Mitt pissed off the wrong company!!

    *drags ass in thread*

I feel like a rented mule, beat up shoe, and a dog’s chewed bone all combined. Super long, exhausting, but encouraging day working polls. So much to tell y’all, but please know that my little precinct represented big time for our President. I’m gonna take a long hot shower, get something hot to drink and some chocolate to eat, and settle in with TOD and a few other online buddies (don’t know if I want to look at anybody on tv yet).

    Be back in a bit….

funny how they can immediately project mt & ut as Romney… but unable to call Iowa, Ohio, VA, for POTUS because once they do its all over for Romney.

  81. November 6, 2012 at 10:30 pm

I think they just called Tim Kaine for Virginia. Sadly, I think I’m getting a total jerk for my Rep. instead of the wonderful Gary Peters, who was gerrymandered out of my district. His new district is the most bizarre looking thing you every saw. Since my district was leaning Repub before the change, and they changed it to make it more Repub, I doubt I’ll ever get rid of him.
