My 4 grown kids and families spent the week of Christmas in a condo together in S. Lake Tahoe. Good times! We divided up on Christmas Day evening and went in three directions to movies. My two daughters and my granddaughter and I went to Les Miz, my 2 sons and a daughter-in-law went to The Hobbit, while my daughter’s fiance and my son’s wife went to the new Tarrentino movie. We came back weeping and humming, the Hobbit goers came back in hobbitmode, while the Tarrentino watchers came back disgusted in too much gratitous violence. I kept hearing them say buckets of blood. My youngest daughter studied opera in Europe for a year towards her music major and she liked the Les Miz movie. That is saying a lot since she is normally critical in the area of her expertise.
