Lamb I stage homes so usually I’m within the area: I wld move the sofa/chaise to the left.(just so the sofa back is even with the door on the rite, ..move Table Chairs to corner with the large window. Hopefully some type of view, that would be nice in eve. If ur TV is flat skinny screen you can swing it to get best view. I might want to move TV/Cab more left and add a
entry table/landing for mail/purse/etc near door. I live alone, have four sliders that aid me in moving EVERY thing in my house on a whim. Even my 10ft tall amoire. They work on both carpet and wood floors. Have fun. looks like a nice space
