I would be gang ho for a filibuster reform if the House of Rep. was controlled by Democrats and Nancy Pelosi was Speaker. As it stand today the Senate Republicans, except for blocking the President’s nominees, don’t have to rely on a filibuster to block the President’s Agenda. The Republicans in the House of Rep. are taking care of that.
