I’m happy for the Red Sox tonight! Congratulations!
Aaaaaaaand…..congratulations to you, Miss First Place!
Thank you, UT. I was beginning to think there’d be no witness to my little victory tonight…
So, I’m passing the baton on to you, Theo. Hold it tightly – G’Night.
With both hands!!
Congrats on 1st theo67.
In honor of Big Papi:
Hahahahahahaha – whenever I hear the song, I always try to do Biggie’s voice “I love it when you call me Big Poppa.”
Aaaaah….Biggie and Tupac. None like them.
Big crowd just stood on marathon finish line and blocked Boylston. People kissing the yellow stripe.— Billy Baker (@billy_baker) October 31, 2013
Damn. Pete Souza is EVERYWHERE. When did he have time to get married???
Yay, Boston. But even MORE YAY!!! for Shane Victorino.
He is an oustanding athlete and an even better man! He totally renovated a Boys and Girls club when he was here in Philadelphia. Stopped by frequently (not just for the ribbon cutting) without press and a whole entourage. Love, love, LOVE my Shane “the flyin’ Hawaiian” Victorino!!
This is a nice gift to the people of Boston tonight. So happy that Pete was there with more history to take into his lens. HZ
Isn’t it remarkable, HZ. The horror that all Bostonians (and all Americans) experienced earlier this year.
Everyone pulled together.
And, today, our President celebrated the fact that the citizens of MA forged the way for universal health care in America and because of their efforts and his that day has dawned for ALL Americans.
The universe of good aligned, today, in Boston.
Yes We Can
I’ve been on the phone with my cousin in Boston! Today was indeed a special day for her. She was able to see and listen to the President in person. That was so special for her. She is absolutely convinced President Obama brought good luck to the Red Sox. It’s 2 A.M. in Boston and people are still celebrating!
Very, very happy for your sister and for the people of Boston, nath!!!
HZ, I saw on an earlier post that yesterday was your birthday. Happy Belated Birthday, I hope you had a good day
Happy Belated Birthday to you, too, eveingeorgia!
Before I depart, Happy Birthday HZ!!!
Hello HZ, missed your Birthday. Happy belated Birthday! I hope you had a wonderful Day!

Watching the Mexico – Finland game. Being played in San Diego. Now, fine, I know Mexico can make more money holding its friendlies in the US. But, Jesus. Can you imagine any other country being a “home team” in another country? Especially its chief rival? It would be like Argentina playing England in Rio as the “home” team.

One last note…. will Russia veto the resolution?

You are without any doubt @AmbassadorPower the COOLEST US Ambassador to the @UN EVAH!!!! TY #PBO!!! cc @JohnKerry @VP @vj44 @Pfeiffer44— Bobfr (@Our4thEstate) October 31, 2013
Ambassador Power is lots of fun! No wonder President Obama selected her. They are both fanatics when it comes to sports.
Love these two. Two who will always keep POTUS’ back. They were team players and still show that deep respect and keep close. Love them.HZ
All right, fine people, I’m off to crash. See everyone tomorrow.
Emulating the great @davidortiz ….
Whether the domestic terrorists use bombs in Boston or obstruction in Congress, they will FAIL. This is our ****ing America, NOT #KOCHVILLE!— Bobfr (@Our4thEstate) October 31, 2013
Yes WE WILL
time for a bit of rest ….. STAY STRONG AMERICA …. Your President Obama ALWAYS DOES ….
This article is three years old — we’ve gone from bad to worst! My international friends constantly ask: “What’s wrong with you Americans?”
America – He’s Your President for Goodness Sake!
By William Thomas
There was a time not so long ago when Americans, regardless of their political stripes, rallied round their president. Once elected, the man who won the White House was no longer viewed as a republican or democrat, but the President of the United States. The oath of office was taken, the wagons were circled around the country’s borders and it was America versus the rest of the world with the president of all the people at the helm.
Suddenly President Barack Obama, with the potential to become an exceptional president has become the glaring exception to that unwritten, patriotic rule.
