Now Looking at the First Picture OBJECTIVELY, who is more out of Control, perturbed, agitated, uncomfortable? His name is Billo……the fool on the right.

I think Bill has some kind of ‘butt disease’ which prevents him from sitting straight on a chair!

Situation Hemorrhoids! :) The incurable kind, from chronic sticking of one’s head up one’s bottom so far it causes one to see the world from the navel. So I’m told.

In that picture, one can easily identify who the POTUS is among the two. The guy sitting comfortably in the chair, legs crossed elegantly and doing some babystep explaining, or the other guy, sitting on the edge, bending over to catch every word of the explanation. Which one is the POTUS, and which one is a jerk, one may ask. I know you’ve figured out the answer.

The aggression oozes out from O’Reilly – the body language folks could describe it well – and the facial expression – waiting to pounce – I doubt he is listening. So true what you have said NCLB – but I think “jerk” is too nice a name.

  9. February 2, 2014 at 5:46 pm

I have a small request … please. Could you crop this pic so we only see the person on our left? The smart, good looking, adult in the room person.

  10. February 2, 2014 at 5:47 pm

Fascinating. On to critical matters: What is everyone eating?! Rudy’s brisket, ribs and turkey here. Veggie plate to counteract the aforementioned. Three bean salad but I think I see a fourth variety of bean. JACKPOT!! Slurpin’ a local microbrew cuz ……………..well………I can!

Is he crazy? Sam Cook, wow. Anyone supporting Mitt has a real selective memory.. all his lies, his bs, his lack of care for more than half this country- his apparent bigotry.. just wow to Cook.

      • 72 forus50
        February 2, 2014 at 7:14 pm

Not surprising from Sam Cook, a RWinger media wannabe who is short of a Fox contract of being Michael Steele. I’m not sure what the handle “Uncle Sugar Cook” is supposed to mean for someone who supports Mitt Romney. I think he is one confused guy.

Speaking of Mitt though I watched that “Mitt” documentary a week or so ago and was struck by the ambivalence and lack of confidence Romney had throughout most of it. The only hint of real fire and passion about politics that I saw was when he and his handlers were discussing dropping out of the 2008 primary after McCain won a few and his handlers said that the GOP always gives the nomination to the “next in line” (which in their mind is why lol McCain was going to be coronated). Then someone said, “In 2012 it will be you Mitt! You’re next in line!” You could see his eyes light up at the thought of a coronation in 2012.

        • 73 sherijr
          February 2, 2014 at 7:25 pm

I haven’t been able to watch that doc- I see it on Netflix but just can’t bring myself to look at Mitt.. but I agree that a ‘coronation’ is what he expected.. I doubt he felt he’d have to work at getting either the job or doing the actual job of POTUS. We are so lucky with President Obama.
About Sam Cook, he was for Obama as I recall and he and I followed one another on twitter, then suddenly one day (a few years back) He had blocked me on Twitter, no idea why- but I had noticed at that time that his tweets were questionable.

To hell with Uncle Sugar Cook lll. He can support that loser all he wants.

Despite it being Super Bowl Sunday, it’s still Groundhog Day, so here’s a couple tweets from earlier today.

BTW, DonnaDem’s spread sounds scrumptious — on my way over now! (how I wish I weren’t 2500 miles away).

And I loved this comment to the deBlasio tweet:

O’Reilly is such and ass. I wanted to just punch him out the way he disrespected this President. But our POTUS really didn’t take any shit. I love it that he isn’t running again. He can pretty much put these people in their places. Enjoy the game everyone. Nerdy Wonka, I started watching Ga,e of Thrones, I am not too sure I want to get into it. I may watch a couple of more episodes, but not too sure it is going to keep my interest.

For those not into the concussion-causing sport known as American football, here are a few articles about Snowden which I missed over the past couple of months:

In November, @20committee discussed the “active measures” (political propaganda) taken by the Russian FSB.
“[Active measures ] ultimate objective is fracturing the Western security and intelligence alliance is made increasing clear in the tone of the reporting coming from the Operation, especially its German mouthpiece, the newsmagazine Der Spiegel.”

    http://20committee.com/2013/11/05/russian-intelligence-is-behind-the-snowden-show-german-intelligence/

This month, former CIA operations officer Jason Matthews, author of the spy thriller “Red Sparrow,” was interviewed by HuffPo. Recall that “Red Sparrow” was one of the books purchased by President Obama on the “Support Small Business Day” last year.

What I particularly liked was Jason Matthews asking why Snowden didn’t go to the U.S. press. I’m not sure why Matthews doesn’t consider Washington Post’s Barton Gelman (author of Dick Cheney bio “Angler”) a member of the U.S. press, but it’s clear that Greenwald and The Guardian are not domestic journalists.
“With the Snowden story, the active measures target audience is Europe and Asia.”

And also from Novermber, @20committee lists a staggering number list of #Snowden “coincidences.”

    http://20committee.com/2013/11/23/on-snowden-and-coincidences/

“Above all, the Official Narrative requires you to believe that although literally every single Western defector to the Soviet Union and Russia for a full century now was extensively interrogated by Kremlin spies and placed under their “protection” as long as they were in the country, it’s completely different with Edward Snowden.”

@20committee (from the comments section): “I suspect we’ll eventually find out something went very wrong with Ed during his time in Geneva working as a CIA contractor.”

I got some pushback here last year when I posted a toon-like cover from the Economist about PBO and the President of China meeting near Palm Springs last year, but their photos and dry sense of humor usually crack me up.

  29. 85 hopefruit2
    February 2, 2014 at 6:35 pm

See how NBC frames the interview? To imply that it was PBO being “testy” and “combative.” Thus my point that it doesn’t really matter who in the media interviews PBO. They are all the same….

      February 2, 2014 at 6:43 pm

Excellent point, hf. POTUS seemed relaxed and amused while he was disarticulationg Gasbag O’Reilly.

And did you all notice that President Obama managed to get the ACA numbers in?
Over the Ugly Clown’s objections we heard 3 Million signed up, 6 million medicaid and 3 million on their parents plans.

If you step into the ring with PBO you should expect it might be a tough battle but you will lose!

You are absolutely right hopefruit2! I personally don’t see that much difference between FOX, NBC, CNN, CBS, and ABC when it comes to President Obama.

I wonder what O’Reilly would be showing tomorrow on his show then? He was to tape a few more minutes with the POTUS after the LIVE pre-Super Bowl interview.

BENGHAZI. IRS. HealthCare.gov Glitches. All that was left was Fast and Furious. And Roger Ailes pays $10M Plus for this?

I was curious if Peyton Manning donated to Romney—knew he had donated to Repubs in past—–and I was seeing tweets that he donated “millions” to Willard and then saw some article saying he didn’t donate at all—–and I was trying to decide on who to root for in this game. Manning did give $5000 to Romney. Here’s everyone in sports and who and how much they donated to Obama/Romney. Go Seahawks! Interesting list, by the way.

    http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/sns-rt-us-abortionrate-decline-20140202,0,4454220.story

NEW YORK (Reuters) – The abortion rate in the United States dipped to its lowest since 1973, coinciding with a steep decline in overall pregnancy and birth rates, a study from a nonprofit sexual health organization showed on Sunday.

The rate declined to 16.9 abortions per 1,000 women between the ages of 15 and 44 in 2011, the latest year studied, which was well below the 1981 peak of 29.3 per 1,000 and the lowest since 1973 when the rate was 16.3 per 1,000, the study from Guttmacher Institute showed.

“With abortion rates falling in almost all states, our study did not find evidence that the national decline in abortions during this period was the result of new state abortion restrictions. We also found no evidence that the decline was linked to a drop in the number of abortion providers during this period,” says Rachel Jones, lead author of the study.

  41. February 2, 2014 at 7:33 pm

It’s hard to describe this deep listening that is the foundation of the integral leader’s personal power. You the reader need to reach into your If only for a moment, that is what I believe we are witnessing in these photos – President Obama offering children “a safe, even sacred space in which to be heard.”
