Papa John called and said the driver is too sick to deliver that pizza because he does not have insurance he’s at the emergency and it will take longer than 30 minutes so whenever he delivers it the pizza will be free…..yuk.

Papa John called and said you better have health insurance if you’re ordering his pizza, because he doesn’t support the idea of ensuring that the guys making your pizza are healthy – since it eats into his profits…

Did I read that Coke commercial right, just now, where the little player gets knocked out and imagines his big run? Not such a good look for the game of football, with all the talk of head injuries by the pros and non-pros. Tell me I read it wrong, please.

He wil be fine, HZ, the team will lift him up and carry him around the field and on into the locker room! They have great doctors, he’s a strong young guy! Made a name for himself now, for sure.

Good evening, TOD. Hell of a game! During the first qtr, I was jumping up and down, helping catch and run the ball, etc; as a result, I had to hit the nebulizer after each play… Decided health-wise, that it was better for me to NOT pay a lot of attention to the game so I thought I’d catch up on all I missed over the past week — LL’s post of comfort and support for GoBrooklyn was so eloquent. GoBrooklyn, NoChild, HZ, TnMtGirl, Dudette — you’re all in my prayers.

    1908 … 2014 – Congrats, Seattle!

    • February 2, 2014 at 10:38 pm

Living in Oregon I am a natural Seahawk fan. My brother has watched every game for the last ten years at least. My oldest son lives near Seattle and his company does sound, staging etc. they have been working the last two games in Seattle. His wife had surgery Friday in Seattle and they said the entire hospital had Seahawk gear on. LOL she is a very jubilant fan and since she still has stitches and needs to take it easy I told her she would need to temper her response. She is usually jumping up and down screaming whether she is happy or mad. My daughter living in Chicago currently will be in Seattle next year and is a Seahawk fan along with her husband.

    February 2, 2014 at 9:57 pm

Well, the final score won’t be 24-21. No one thought either team would dominate like the Seahawks have done, but I was pulling for the Seahawks anyway. Peyton, that pizza guy and Mitt Romney can go hang out together, as Richard “the thug” Sherman heads to the White house.

This is sooooooo sweet for Seattle. They made it to the playoffs one year, then one year they made it to the super bowl and lost so this is a fantastic super win for them. They beat a team that has been to the dance before and an overpaid overhyped quarter back once again. This is too surreal.
