gov o’malley has really been practicing his speech-making. a noticeable improvement at his iowa speech. i don’t think he’s a natural at that, but he’s getting better, and he’s outstanding in interviews and debates, so overall in good shape (pun intended). he’s been one of the most consistent and vocal supporters of president obama anywhere.
and just listened to that hillary recording from the mid-80s where she’s talking about her mid-70s case, my god, she disturbs me so much. she shows no emotion or concern about the 12-year old survivor, yet is yukking it up with the interviewer about the horrific case. and what’s with that EXTREME southern drawl?!? i’ve spent a lot of time in arkansas, and she’s far beyond the average arkansas native in her southern accent and it sounds so forced to me. of course sounds nothing like her now. everything she does is phony!
(i’m still holding out hope senator warren runs though, but would be happy to hit the pavement for gov o’malley so far!)
