Totally agree Bob! I think that Pres Xi is smarter than some give him credit for. For the world leaders who want to get things done with the US, they recognize their best chance is with THIS President! I love this man. He is going to have the GOP tearing its hair out for the next two years. As I said a couple of days ago, he has learned over the last six years how to get things done around and I have no doubt this is just the beginning:-)

Infuriates me that leading up to today, every national newspaper and political website have trumpted how “cowed” by last week’s elections PBO is.
You’d think they would have figured out by now that PBO is ALWAYS many steps ahead of them, and is light years smarter to boot.
Don’t have TV, have no idea what they’ve said, but it is *not* just cable pundits. It was EVERYWHERE. Did not see a single story that presented PBO’s Asia/Australia trip without stating how “diminished” PBO is in the eyes of the world.

I am convinced that President Xi thought the journalist was making a speech… which he didn’t care for. He knows there is only one voice for the US and that is President Barack Obama.

incredible how many things president obama has ushered in that not that long ago seemed unheard of. we’re listening to a joint press conference between these two countries presidents as they announce several major deals. it’s like the american media just shrugs it’s shoulders as if no big whoop. same with iran - just within the last year it was unthinkable america and iran’s leaders would be making friendly deals and meeting with each other frequently. just seems like old hat now…within a few short months. not change you can believe in - this is change that has happened already!!

Either confirm her or you have to deal with Eric Holder as long as you delay, and let the American people see how the GOP is not about governing.
