my first thought on hearing of king abdullah’s death was how the bush family is surely planning to show their respects at the ceremonies. then i looked for video and photos of shrub and abdullah smooching, and for some reason…… not much remains. but in my mind, there are very clear pictures of the hand-holding and kissing. i’m wondering how the rethugs are spinning their history with the king at this point.

Watched the YouTube interviews and agree with the praise given to the interviewers and the quality of their questions. Besides questions that resulted in informative answers, it was refreshing to see an interview with PBO that didn’t include questions in hopes of a “gotcha” moment.

He spat in our face publicly and that’s no way to behave. Netanyahu ought to remember that President Obama has a year and a half left to his presidency, and that there will be a price.””
That clears up that misstatement!
This entire episode is so filled with lies and duplicity, it is hard to follow! It is truly showing the Republicans up for what they are, and what their goals are regarding this President, and our country. To me, this is treasonous….maybe not by actual definition, but Boehner at the very least should be censured, and so should McConnell. Obviously Reid and Pelosi knew nothing about it: They would not have agreed and would have warned PBO. How stupid do Boehner and McConnell think people are? Bibi will not come out of this well.
As the senior officlal said: “There will be a price.” Yes, there will, and not what, nor when any of them expect it. PBO thinks long term and strategically, and it will be a “get” and it will be legal and well planned. I have no doubt of this. Also, Bibi will feel the wrath. Leaders of countries do not treat other leaders in this way. He has violated ALL protocol, first in France, now here. He is a pariah.
