If you’re not a BT admin, I think you have to go through a third party hosting site like Imgur, smugmug, Photobucket, flickr, etc, etc, etc. Once you upload your photos there, you bring the URL here.
Good Morning Roberta. Save the picture to your hard drive. Once you save it go to tinypic.com and choose the file and then press upload file. Once the url is created go to the bottom one that says: “Direct Link for Layouts”. Copy and paste the url here and once you post it the picture will appear. It’s not easy but after a few tries you’ll master it.

Opposition candidate Muhammadu Buhari is close to a stunning victory over Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan, with just a few areas left to declare.
Gen Buhari, a former military ruler, is ahead by almost three million votes, with results still to come from just five states.
Analysts say it is hard to see how Mr Jonathan can overcome this lead.
