The President is pulling out all the stops. It’s unfortunate though that he has to go to this length for something as plain as day light. People who look at the #IranDeal through jaundiced, political and wrong-headed ideological lenses don’t really factor in the long term implications of the status quo for Israel.
Israel’s relationship with her neighbours can’t be sustained this way indefinitely, so the President, being the visionary that he is, is looking out for Israel’s well-being 20, 30, 50 years from now.
At that time in future, people would look back and be eternally grateful that Barack Obama had the foresight and courage to take on what today is arguably the most difficult FP issue of his 2nd term.

In referring back to the lead video in the previous post, where President Obama and Noah McQueen were talking about their lives, at the end of the video Noah had asked the President what was the moment when he turned his life around, and the President replied,
“Who I said I was or who I wanted to be didn’t match up with my actions. And one of the things that I always say is if you want to know what your values are you can’t just listen to what you say. Look at your actions. How do you spend your time? How do you spend your money? What do you do day to day and the accumulation of actions you take. That’s who you are.”
That struck me as the perfect way to know about each of the candidates for President. Not only do we all need to listen to what they say, but we also need to look at their actions, at what they do with their time, where they put their money,etc., to know the real truth about who they are. By those standards there aren’t any candidates, yet, who come close to being who and what this country needs for our next President.
You also need to look at their past actions and accomplishments to see if they walked their talk.
