Listening to Pres O in the Business Round Table Town Hall and thinking these business leaders are so going to miss *this* president at the end of his term. How many of those vying for the position are able to discuss issues as comfortably as PBO is doing? How many would be able to understand the questions being posed and to answer them intelligently without having to promise to ‘get back to yaâ?
This !! Itâs not just the knowledge on a particular subject, it is his grasp of the long term trends, his ability to think in terms of decades instead of just the immediate future.
If the media covered those Q % As more often and in their TOTALITY, the american people would be much more informed. And his poll numbers would be in the stratosphere. That half of the american people doesnât have a CLUE about how intelligent and knowledgeable their president is ⌠itâs mind boggling.

I watched the president Q&A with the Business Round Table. The contrast with the Carnival Barker couldnât be more striking.
Listening to the president, I received INFORMATION. Substantive. On issues like cybersecurity, trade, energy⌠I learned more in 30 minutes listening to him than in an entire day listening to CNN or MSNBC.
Sigh.
