CANCER UPDATE:
Havenāt given one in a while. Saw my Onc earlier this week and the new drugs seem to be working. My bone disease is better. All other markers are better except the liver. The lesion there continues to grow. If the new drug doesnāt help here (the liver) then itās back to chemo. š
You are so incredibly strong and always in our thoughts, hurdle after hurdle. Glad you are making progress in most areas and we all wish for highest healing with the new drug. You keep on, GoB. XOXO.

GB, thanks for sharing your progress with us. I will keep you in my prayers. {{{{{{GB}}}}}} <3 <3 <3 My mom was successfully treated for cervical cancer (via chemo and radition). However, now she's battling nodules on her lungs, which her Onc says is a common side affect from treating cervical cancer.

It struck me how often many adults forget to employ these Executive Function and Self-Regulating skills we should have learned before kindergarten, particularly in the public arena.

Note……last night on TRMS, Sen Sanders was there for 2-3 segments.
When RM brought up the event at Trumpās NH event with the Racist rants, Sen Sanders NEVER once uttered a Syllable. And today, Sen Sanders is tweeting about his Disgust? He also appeared on a Morning show……that was were he made a comment denouncing the hatred.

I just love how posts here on TOD not only inform us about the President and todayās events, but so often lead us to other completely off-topic yet splendid things! I found Darrin Bell on Twitter and one of his recent tweets mentioned a Star Trek question he posed on his blog. A couple of the responses there lead me to this article about some music that was orchestrated based on little tune from one of my favorite episodes of Star Trek Next Generation. Amazing!

OMG!! This was the lullabye that he created for his baby in the alternate universe and it, as well as the piccolo, were they only things that Picard retained when he came to himself on board the Enterprise. Squeee !! I love this. Thanks so much. You can see that I am a total Star Trek geek.
Of Course, as was pointed out, he was not alone in that the people of a long lost world lived on in his memories.
This melody appeared again in the Star Trek NG episode in which we fell in love with a crew member. She wove a piano melody around the flute and it was as lovely as their budding relationship.
Yes, that episode with the late Wendy Hughes (she passed away last year, RIP) is also one of my favorites too. Excellent casting.
