Havenāt given one in a while. Saw my Onc earlier this week and the new drugs seem to be working. My bone disease is better. All other markers are better except the liver. The lesion there continues to grow. If the new drug doesnāt help here (the liver) then itās back to chemo. š
You are so incredibly strong and always in our thoughts, hurdle after hurdle. Glad you are making progress in most areas and we all wish for highest healing with the new drug. You keep on, GoB. XOXO.
So thrilled hear your good news, GB! Use that to focus laser beams on the rest and pulverize it, SuperWoman! You are strong and powerful!! šŖš¾šš¾
GB, thanks for sharing your progress with us. I will keep you in my prayers. {{{{{{GB}}}}}} <3<3<3 My mom was successfully treated for cervical cancer (via chemo and radition). However, now she's battling nodules on her lungs, which her Onc says is a common side affect from treating cervical cancer.
Iām so glad that the new drugs you are taking are working and that your bone disease is better. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for continued progress on your health.
oh my goodness…the obama derangement with privileged “progressives” is just insane now. from that article:
“After Ahmed Mohamedās clock ordeal, President Obama tweeted, āCool clock, Ahmed. Want to bring it to the White House?ā The invitation is a nice gestureāMohamed acceptedābut it does not go far enough. George W. Bush remains the only sitting American president to have visited an American mosque; despite the pleas of leaders from the American Muslim community, Obama hasnāt ventured into a Muslim house of worship in the U.S. since assuming office.”
so w. bush did a photo op at mosque one time while he was also killing 100s of thousands of muslims using the u.s. military, but according to the nation, he did a better job than president obama is doing at improving muslim/non-muslim relations?!? they cannot give president obama credit for literally anything.
and of course the articles on the side of this one are about how perfect bernie sanders is, and another by john nichols salivating over rand paul and how great rand is. some liberal he is! and to think i used to subscribe to that insanity!
Thanks 4morefor44 for taking the time to read the article. Our President Obama canāt win with these people who refuse to take off their blinders - so he goes about doing what he knows is right, fair and just for all.
Some irony given my tweet above about the campaign staffers brawl.
This came across my Twitter feed. Itās from a woman who seems to be tweeting from an Early Education professionals conference. It struck me how often many adults forget to employ these Executive Function and Self-Regulating skills we should have learned before kindergarten, particularly in the public arena.

If I have to go home and take a nap, I want to be able to watch Stephen Colbert tonight. He had me laughing really loud as I watched the video from the last thread someone posted. He is returning to his true Colbert form - HELLA HILARIOUS :D:D:D

WH Presser with Josh :The Voice" Earnest, LIVE……starting Momentarily.
Note……last night on TRMS, Sen Sanders was there for 2-3 segments.
When RM brought up the event at Trumpās NH event with the Racist rants, Sen Sanders NEVER once uttered a Syllable. And today, Sen Sanders is tweeting about his Disgust? He also appeared on a Morning show……that was were he made a comment denouncing the hatred.
Seriously?
I just love how posts here on TOD not only inform us about the President and todayās events, but so often lead us to other completely off-topic yet splendid things! I found Darrin Bell on Twitter and one of his recent tweets mentioned a Star Trek question he posed on his blog. A couple of the responses there lead me to this article about some music that was orchestrated based on little tune from one of my favorite episodes of Star Trek Next Generation. Amazing!
I might never have seen this if not for you {{{{{ amk }}}}! ā¤ļø
The article from 2012

This comment below the video on YouTube explains why I love that episode so much (and now this music).
“One of the most poignant episodes in Star Trek: TNG, “The Inner Light” speaks to critical point of why we seek to travel beyond our known world. All life as we know it is finite, so too the life of stars and planets. What will happen when our world is gone? Will we be remembered and if so, by whom?
Like many fans of TNG, when I watch The Inner Light episode I choke up a bit at the end as Captain Picard sits in his personal quarters, playing the “Ressikan Flute”, vulnerable and devastatingly alone. “
OMG!! This was the lullabye that he created for his baby in the alternate universe and it, as well as the piccolo, were they only things that Picard retained when he came to himself on board the Enterprise. Squeee !! I love this. Thanks so much. You can see that I am a total Star Trek geek.
Of Course, as was pointed out, he was not alone in that the people of a long lost world lived on in his memories.
This melody appeared again in the Star Trek NG episode in which we fell in love with a crew member. She wove a piano melody around the flute and it was as lovely as their budding relationship.
Yes, that episode with the late Wendy Hughes (she passed away last year, RIP) is also one of my favorites too. Excellent casting.
Lt. Commander Daren and Captain Picard were PERFECT for each other. [sigh!] <3<3<3
HRC itās hard to believe you were appalled when you and hubby attended his third wedding. The absolute best response came from VP Biden before the incident and from Gov OāMalley after the incident.

Bwaahahahaha!
Of course someone got punched in the face, Iād be more shocked if someone didnāt get punched in the face.
LOL!
Paul staffer punched Rubio campaign manager, boy Trump has these Republicans acting wacko.
I think you reversed the puncher and punched according to the tweet.
In my eyes, theyāre interchangeable, so itās just as funny the other way around. :-)
Let the shit fight begin for real.
Good morning TOD
Congrats GB and Iām so impressed with your resilience and great spirit in the face of such adversity. Keeping you in my thoughts.

but i disagree…he was not alone!!…smilin

What B.S. Chrispy nor Grahamcracker would have corrected those people because they want their vote when Trump crashes and burns.
Agreed! They both wouldāve sopped that shit with a biscuit.
