Did anyone see tRUMPs “Tax Plan” on TNN this morning. It looked ALOT like candidate Sen. Obama’s back in 2007/8. I think tRUMP is stealing much of PBO’s platform when he was running back in 2007/8. tRUMP wants to exempt Fed Income taxes on anyone making less than 25K and exempt seniors making under 50K, then lower the take rate to 25% on everyone and do away with exemptions on people earning in the millions and no more tax breaks for the Hedge fundies.

I am a senior making less than 50k and already pay no Federal taxes….I am part of Romney’s 47 % !
My brother makes less than $50K and he pays tax on his combined income from his pension and SS.
the only difference is Obama was sincere (and couldn’t make it happen for the 1%ers) and dreck is lying since he knows he can do jacksquat in that front especially if the goppers retain at least one house majority
jojo, it may have some similarities, but it is a flat tax plan that hurts the middle class and makes the millionaires even richer. Hedge funds paying income tax is a PBO idea. I’m not sure what he means by “do away with exemptions”. does it mean closing all the loopholes or literally, just taking away the paltry exemptions.
We do need to be very vigilant though: a lot of the RWNJ’s who got into office in 2014 said a few sane things and fooled the voters. The GOP learns what works.
