What Kevin McCarthy said on Hannity about their wicked act against HRC with this 8th Benghazi Committee Charade is illegal. It is a prosecutorabe offense. Why are Dems not pushing for the DOJ to get involved? Why are they Not on every Medium demanding a Special Prosecutor to be appointed? Seriously?

However, the best action is for a Special Prosecutor be appointed to investigate and also to apply the Law as passed by Congress over using Fed Tax Funds in bringing down anyone, especially, an opposition Candidate for political advantage.
Shouldn’t McCarthy be apologizing to Secretary Clinton? The Benghazi inquisitions have never been about the victim or their families. McCarthy said what we already know — this is about bringing down Clinton’s candidacy. Democrats really need to make a big stink about this.
I think VP Joe wants to run but he needs to feel whole again before he can commit to this arduous journey to the White House. Grieving is a process. Those of us that have gone through it understand the utter emotional mess that it can bring to your life when you least expect it. A stranger you encounter has the same facial features of your love one, someone says something that reminds you of your love one, you come across a personal item of your love one, a picture, or nothing at all can send tears streaming down your face.
VP Joe is not immune to these emotions which is why we keep hearing that he’ll make a decision at this point. Then that point passes and he says he’ll make a decision at that point and it passes and it just keeps getting kicked down the road because he hopes that in time he will be able to put his whole heart and soul into a yearlong campaign for the Presidency.
Honestly, if there isn’t a decision by the end of this month I’m not sure how he raises the necessary money to setup a campaign that can compete in Iowa, NH and SC although anything is possible. I am still on record saying that PBO will not cause friction in the party by endorsing any candidate (even VP Joe) before we have a nominee (I will gladly donate to your charity of choice Amk if I am proven wrong). I know others here think that he can wait and still get in because some feel that Hillary is imploding but I just don’t see that. The day to day email hit pieces by the media have slowed and she is now more visible to the public. Contrary to what some may think she isn’t going to jail for sharing classified information either. The whole email scandal is bogus but how she handled the media regarding it leaves much to be desired. McCarthy’s admission as Meta stated earlier will make her the martyr and you can bet that her pal Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and the rest of her minions will be all over cable touting this little tidbit to anyone willing to listen.
That leaves us for now with Bernie and Hillary. The way I view this is through the lens of our President. I ask myself who PBO can be out on the trail campaigning for inspiring the nation to vote for our candidate. I struggle with his support of Bernie Sanders. They appear to differ on how to govern our country and so many of his supporters don’t view PBO favorably from what I can surmise. They think that PBO let Wall Street off easy, was gullible when it came to the Republicans and didn’t push hard enough for “progressive” ideals. Sure PBO could raise money for Sanders (although he claims not to want that) but I can’t see him convincing Sanders crowds of why they need to vote for Sanders. Far too many of his supporters don’t think IMO that they need or want PBO.
Now he and HRC may vary on some policies but I see him more in line with her than Sanders. Her crowds would get fired up to have PBO at their rallies unlike the Sanders crowds. 80% of her policy issues were copied from PBO so he wouldn’t have a problem selling them to the country.
The first primary votes are still 4 months away and anything can happen. Yes, even VP Joe could enter and change the whole trajectory of the race. I’m just trying to get my mind around where to go from here if he doesn’t. I’m not going to worry about HRC’s authenticity or trustworthiness because those things cannot be manufactured. You either have them or you don’t. I will say that she is head and shoulders above any Republican running for President so a vote for her would not be a lesser of two evils for me because I won’t put her in the same category as any of them. With that said, a vote for Bernie next year would be a struggle for me. I would do it because again he would be far better than a Trump, Rubio, Carson, Fiorina, Bush, Cruz or Paul Presidency and let us not forget the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court. Did I mention the Supreme Court!!!!
I guess I have to stop in my mind comparing these people to PBO because he was a once in a lifetime candidate and I must accept that this 2016 election season is not going to be as fun and exciting as 2008/2012 :( It’s a shame that Martin O’Malley’s campaign hasn’t gained any traction….

I just said the same thing over the other thread but everybody was gone. I will not support Hillary or Bernie if Joe decides not to run. I will devote my time and energy to the President and First Lady foundations as well as the two foundations of his grandmother and sister in Kenya. Don’t trust Hillary or Bernie, never will.
Vicki think of it this way…..You vote on the Democratic principles not so much the individual. Think about Planned Parenthood and how the Republicans would destroy that program that helps millions of women with their health care. Think about our voting rights and how they want to continue to deny our citizens the right to vote. Think about ObamaCare and how they are itching to gut that program and stop millions of people from being provided health care. See, it’s not so much about the individual as it is about the policies. We can’t expect everyone to be President Obama or even close to him and I have warned people here on this blog that even VP Joe will have some deviation from PBO’s policies if he runs so we can’t get so caught up in the minutia and forget that this is bigger than just one man or one woman. You seem to have so much invested in PBO that if VP Biden doesn’t run then you can’t see yourself supporting any other Dem when in fact there is very little that I disagree on policy with any of the Dems.
As an AA I understand from living through the Reagan and Bush years just how badly minorities and government programs are affected when the Republicans take control of government so I hope you and others that feel the way you do re-consider your position and do whatever it takes to make sure that we have a Democrat in the White House in 2016 and beyond.

In a nutshell. I have accepted that there is not going to be another candidate or president like President Obama in my lifetime. So my support and my vote are based on pragmatic ends, and not by inspiration or emotion. I am for the nominee of the Democratic Party, and right now that appears to be either HRC or Bernie. No contest there in terms of who is more electable and who can govern best. Bernie can come up with some nice rhetoric but he is not electable or suited to govern. (The onus is on him to convince Dems otherwise.) It looks unlikely right now that VP Joe is going to get in the race except in the unlikely scenario of a total collapse of the HRC campaign in which case the party leadership would ask him to perform a rescue mission.
I get everybody’s logic, reason, and cogent arguments for supporting (D) over (R.) I thank you for your input.
And I see that there is value in supporting any (D) over any (R.)
Which is why I will vote. In every election.

High-quality early childhood education has the potential to improve long-term life outcomes for all children. In order to learn, however, students actually have to be in the classroom. At the same time that the United States is expanding access to high-quality early learning opportunities, alarming statistics suggest that these environments can serve as a point of entry to the school-to-prison pipeline, which most acutely affects African American children. For example, African American children represent 18 percent of all preschoolers but make up 42 percent of those suspended and nearly half of those suspended multiple times. Given the profound consequences that suspension, expulsion, and other zero-tolerance policies can have on very young children, it is time to change the national approach to preschool discipline. The growing movement to resist the criminalization of African Americans underscores the need to prevent schools from serving as a point of entry to the criminal justice system. The Center for American Progress and the National Black Child Development Institute will release a new report with recommendations on how to bring an end to preschool suspensions and expulsions.
