Not if Turkey Invokes the NATO governing rules.
Russia for months on end has been violating many Nation’s Air Space……including those of NATO Nations, specifically since their Crimea take over, right after the 2012 Winter Olympic Games.
Why would Turkey shoot down that Russian plane? I don’t know, maybe the question should be why was the plane in Turkey territory? Maybe they weren’t, who knows.
