The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment asking how Trump witnessed people jumping out of the Twin Towers from more than four miles away.

I’d like to remind all the newstainers, congresscritters, pundits, etc, of what VP Biden said about president Obama, when they keep pushing for “troops on the ground”…..etc. He has a moral compass and a “backbone of steel.” He isn’t guided by polls, or distracted by war correspondents…I sleep well at night knowing that PBO is president. We will not have another Bush-led Iraq war.

By the way, my birthday yesterday was delightful. The cherry on top was a call from my son and family who all sang Happy Birthday to me together on the phone. Today I’m flying to Dallas to be with them. Will have a good time.

      GM Carolyn,

Missed your birthday yesterday, heartwarming to hear that it was a good day for you. Such a blessing to have such a wonderful and attentive family.

My admiration for @VP will never diminish. Here’s a couple of (late) tweets to brighten your birthday (a day late :( ).

What Woodrow Wilson Cost My Grandfather
    NOV. 24, 2015

OVER the last week, a growing number of students at Princeton have demanded that the university confront the racist legacy of Woodrow Wilson, who served as its president before becoming New Jersey’s governor and the 28th president of the United States. Among other things, the students are demanding that Wilson’s name be removed from university facilities.

Wilson, a Virginia-born Democrat, is mostly remembered as a progressive, internationalist statesman, a benign and wise leader, a father of modern American political science and one of our nation’s great presidents.

But he was also an avowed racist. And unlike many of his predecessors and successors in the White House, he put that racism into action through public policy. Most notably, his administration oversaw the segregation of the federal government, destroying the careers of thousands of talented and accomplished black civil servants — including John Abraham Davis, my paternal grandfather.

Rikyrah, prayers to your sister that she gets well.

In my AA studys class i learned that President WW saw the racist movie Birth of A Nation and when asked about the depiction of AA’s and he saw nothing wrong. There were more lynchings during his administration than any other.

In the past i would have felt to leave past accolades be but since folks are going after past accolades to Bill Cosby why not these past transgressions of others.

Abuse Charges Against a Former Cop Are Disturbing–as Is the Lack of Media Interest
By Janine Jackson Nov 22, 2025

Daniel Holtzclaw is a former Oklahoma City police officer now standing trial on 36 counts, including rape, sexual battery and stalking. Twelve women and one 17-year-old girl have come forward, saying Holtzclaw assaulted them while on patrol. Most of the victims were black, poor and embroiled in the criminal justice system for things like prostitution and drug use—a precarious state Holtzclaw allegedly used to threaten and coerce them.

As the 17-year-old put it in her testimony, “What am I going to do? Call the cops? He was a cop.”

The alleged crimes are disturbing; so, too, the evident lack of media interest. Outside of Oklahoma, the case has so far garnered little mainstream attention. A Nexis search indicates neither the New York Times nor Washington Post have printed any original reporting; nor has broadcast network news addressed a story that brings together emergent questions of police violence and rape culture.

That article about President Wilson on Early Bird Chat was something else. That is one reason why blacks had nothing to leave their children, like whites did. I heard of many blacks who had land, but the white man ended up owning that same land.

One reason why I don’t want to hear all the talk from some people talking about what a christian nation this is. Black Americans were treated horrible in this country. If those people could only tell their stories.

    Hey, TOD; UPDATE

Haven’t posted in a while. I want to give y’all an update. A health update. Had my check up last week and the report was mixed.
As usual, some areas got better, some got worse. They found a new spot on my skull and there is a spot on my liver that got huge so my doc is changing my treatment again. It won’t be chemo, just a different drug. I was disappointed, of course, but this happens to a lot of patients. I feel okay physically, tho.

How are you guys doing? Ready for Thanksgiving?

It used to make me so nade but my aunt and uncle had such big hearts it did not bother them, God rest their souls. I know all those moochers miss them this time of year.

Relatively, a pleasant weather in my neck of the woods.
So Turkey downed a Russian Jet. It is looking like the two Russian Jet Fighter Pilots were killed. Per Keith Boykin, one of the Pilots was assassinated. Turkey, a NATO member is that Leader of Turkey seeking to get NATO into a WWIII with Putin? Lord Have Mercy!
