That Baby Blue shirt POTUS was wearing while in South East Asia, last Weekend, as Lester Holt was reporting about the trip, I saw that on Nightly News. I thought POTUS looked great. I came back here at TOD and I didn’t see any photograph like that. Then I convinced myself that perhaps, I had imagined it. I did check out Google seeking past South East Asian Trips by Pres Obama and I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I searched again the next day. I couldn’t find it. Then I gave up. So Thank you Pete Souza. My eyes are very thankful to Mr. Souza.

Like many Americans, I was deeply disturbed by the footage of the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald. This Thanksgiving, I ask everybody to keep those who’ve suffered tragic loss in our thoughts and prayers, and to be thankful for the overwhelming majority of men and women in uniform who protect our communities with honor. And I’m personally grateful to the people of my hometown for keeping protests peaceful.
Thanks Chips and Nerdy W. for all of the wonderful things that you both have put into this wonderful space for all of us in this beautiful TOD family to enjoy. May this eve of Thanksgiving be a joyful and blessed one for all of my TOD family.
