More than three quarters of Republicans, 77 percent, said they now get angry at least once a day, compared with 67 percent of Democrats.
White Americans are also angrier than African Americans and Latinos, pollsters found.
Fifty four percent of whites said they find themselves feeling angrier more often about current events. Thirty three percent of African Americans said the same thing, as did 43 percent of Latinos.

Were people asked these questions when any other president was in office? A republican pollster said repulicans would be happy if Bill Clinton were president right now, because he knew how to govern. So this is what itās all about — president Obama. The GOP trying to dismiss everything accomplished by this president by playing the angry card. And Bernie Sanders playing into it to overcome the lack of minority support. These people are the same angry people who supported McCain and Palin. What were they angry about then, BHO becoming president. The MSM loves to jump on any sick story line without analysis of the root cause.
The U.S. media is both useless and dishonest. They are useless because they all about sensationalism and peddling fear. They are dishonest because they are the ones who relentlessly push negative news and manufactured GOP lies about President Obama. Without any hint of shame, they then turn around and poll people after theyāve fed them lies and constant negativity. What is really remarkable is that a great many Americans still love and respect President Obama.

Now for the idiots taking over the Federal Wildlife Refuge in Oregon. I agree with everybody who says let them starve and freeze-if they want to die, let it be from hunger and cold (itās 13 degrees with wind chill) as they turn off the power supply and shut off the water. Hopefully as they start to feel frostbite and thirst, they may rethink this needless stand. Unfortunately, I donāt think they have thought this through enough. In a shootout with the Feds, there is only one winner-and itās not them. And the Feds can certainly wait them out-theyāll be well supplied, rotate watchers and perimiter standers if they decide thatās the better choice. Nothing like that for the domestic terrorists. I doubt if many people will be coming to join them in 13 degree weather, with the prospect of armed Federal Guards blocking off the one road leading to the complex.
Their resentment of the BLM and the Federal Govt is steadily backfiring on them. The Federal Monuments and Wildlife Refuges create jobs that are steady and canāt be outsourced, unlike increasingly the mining and oil jobs. Tourism is going to be there always, along with the natural beauty and the decent land values that exist becaue thereās no threat of developers.
The Bundys are also stupid in another way. Itās the Federal ownership and Federal rights that enables them to keep ranching now. Left to the states that can be pressured into making deals, any land would be subject to bidders for anything-and those bidders may not care about things like water management or soil health-or the Bundy claims.
I say the government should go in right now and end this, Seal Team Six should be on their way to Oregon as we speak. These fuckers want to take government property, well then they should suffer the consequences.

Iām just catching up on the Oregon situation, but it seems like the judge who imposed the initial sentences for the Hammond father and son, made a grave mistake that is coming back to haunt the Federal government…
Dwight Hammond, 73, and Steven Hammond, 46, said they lit the fires in 2001 and 2006 to reduce the growth of invasive plants and protect their property from wildfires. He said he feels his upcoming prison term is a life sentence.
“Iām not very happy about that. Just donāt know what to say,” Hammond said. “It just seems like a little overreach for having burned 127 acres.”
The two were convicted of the arsons three years ago and served time - the father three months, the son one year. But a judge ruled their terms were too short under federal law and ordered them back to prison for about four years each.
The decision has generated controversy in a remote part of the state.
In particular, the Hammondsā new sentences touched a nerve with far right groups who repudiate federal authority.

You are absolutely right, Prettyfoot! In about.six months Malia will graduate from high school. On July 4th Malia will turn eighteen! I just canāt get over the fact that she was ten years when her father took the Oath to be President of the United States. I guess I should know better because my grand niece, the tinny baby I held in my arms when she was born, is also graduating high school in June.
The day they walk out of that White House for good will be a sad day for me. I know some may say what Iām saying make no sense, but this family is like my family. I wonder if the First Ladyās Mom spent Christmas with Craig and his family.

Heavy sigh. I had a flood in my front yard today…pipe broke and itās a mess. I have a plumber coming sometime this afternoon to fix it…but in the meantime, I have no water coming to my house…..and, of course, itās Sunday…because all my shit breaks on Sunday or a holiday! Itās Murphy again:)

I will never forget the Christmas when that happened to us. Christmas was on a Sunday so Monday was an official holiday and we have hot water heat the pipes froze so we had no heat. We couldnāt get anyone out until Tuesday. Was a very cold Christmas with no water or heat. Hope you get someone out soon.

Dwight and Steven Hammond told one of their relatives to keep his mouth shut and that nobody needed to know about the fire.

I donāt know the order in which these two events occurred =>
(a) the arrest of the Iranian people involved in the Saudi Embassy burning and;
(b) the decree that all Iranian diplomats leave SA;
I got the impression that the arrest were announced a little earlier so that is why I am concerned that this appears not be sufficient and that diplomats are asked to leave SA;
at the very least, I would have expected the Iranian Ambassador to SA to be summoned to discuss the course of farther action;
