I don’t know what point Knoller is trying to make here…but Obama’s numbers should NEVER be compared without taking into the context the special effort by the pollsters AND media to suppress his approval ratings. That special effort did NOT exist for any President prior to this one. And we KNOW WHY!!!!!!!

Well he think he’s being sleek by inserting Reagan and Clinton’s numbers - which are both higher than Obama’s. That’s what he wants people to focus on - but he’s being very disingenuous.
People are far more critical now than they were in Reagan or even Clinton’s era. And even so, much of Clinton’s “approval” back then came from sympathy support after the Lewinsky backlash, and false sense of economic security from the dot com boom in the ’90s.
The dishonest media, their constant polling and nitpicking by the left & right have conspired to keep this President’s poll numbers lower than they should be, or would otherwise be without the constant attempts to suppress them.
false equivalence is all these media bastids have got. I am sure pollsters are more trust worthy than the present day liars and scammers.
Fox did not exist in Reagan’s time and we still had a half way decent media. At this point in Clinton’s presidency, the R’s had tried the impeachment route and people were irritated. Reagan was an incompetent ass; Clinton blew his legacy to satisfy his libido; only PBO has risen to true greatness. PBO has not only been ‘presidenting’ while Black, he’s been the subject of 24/7 smear and distortion campaigns and the target of an openly hostile media. In that bizarre content, even the 46 percent is pretty good.

There are three books I would like to read some day. One is President Obama’s perspective on his White House years, which will be a blowout best seller. The other is Michelle Obama’s perspective on those years, which will be an eye opener. And the third is VP Biden’s memoirs which will bring tears to our eyes.
Yup, That would the 3 first editions worth their weight in gold. The treason that was gop and the fifth columnists that were the media should be called out loudly and clearly.
PBO will make hand over fist selling books and I hope the WHOLE family churns one out, that includes sister, cousins, brother in law, one day Malia and Sasha, etc. cause I am buying all of them……
