The Republicans have gotten so ugly negative nasty these days that they just canāt say Thank you SOS Kerry and President Obama for getting these Americans released. I heard what Rubio said, what Cruz said, no appreciating POTUS or Kerry. Letās see what the others have to say.
When you donāt understand the concept of diplomacy, you think all interactions are supposed to be one-sided. You donāt realize that sometimes you have to make concessions as well.
Iāve had my TV on MSNBC all day. Since this news broke, thereās been many Rās on. Not a single one of them can say even one tiny positive thing about PO, SoS Kerry or anyone in this administration. They all admit/agree that this is wonderful that the people are coming home, but it is ALWAYS followed by negative and/or critical comments. Itās not that I am surprised by this. It just reminds us of the immense hatred toward this administration. So, so sad.
Well, I choose to focus on the tremendous good will towards this administration as well as the IMMENSE LOVE AND RESPECT for this administration - by regular Democrats and the international community - which far exceeds the insular, bought-and-paid for hate rhetoric pushed by the Republicans and encouraged by the Republican-owned US media.
I donāt think so. I looked all through their TL, and checked out the 28 people theyāre following (Ann Coulter and Donald Trump are on that list). This account is by a Trump Supporter.
If Obama did it, it must have been the wrong thing to do. When it turns out to have been the right thing to do, then Obama never did it. And if he did do it, he did it the wrong way. It was too little, too late ā or it was too much, too soon. It went too far ā while, at the same time, it didnāt go far enough. And even if it turns out to have been right, itās still wrong.
If Obama proposed it, it canāt possibly work. When it does work, it was somebody elseās idea all along, an idea he blatantly stole just to make himself look good. Thatās because he knew it would work all along ā even though it canāt possibly work.
If Obama stands firm, he is being stubborn. If he seeks compromise, he is caving. Obama should lead while following. He should be more hands-on while staying out of it completely. Why canāt he take the reins and do what must be done? Why canāt he mind his own goddamned business?
