Anyone hear the two men on NPR this morning talking about Trump? They mentioned his mastery of branding his name on many buildings even though he does not own them all. The terms Simulated Intimacy and Master of Illusion were used. The idea he likes to win, but from history does not actually like running anything. It was interesting and surprisingly negative. Surprisingly? Yah, cuz the media has just mainly been boosting him along.
Wish I had more info on this, but today some pundit was on one of the talk shows (who says he’s a writer and a hypnotist) and he said Trump uses language in a way to hypnotize people …
I also wish there were a joke there, but the guy meant it.

We blow our medicare safety net limit in 2 visits - & as he goes once a month - that be 10 visits that the nasty govinmint funds at 80% rather than 30%. We also buying a new tap & I’m discovering what I always new - the most expensive things on the planet relate to plumbers and doctors.

Thanks for remembering his B-day! It was great. Actually, we pretty much have been celebrating it the entire month of February. But, alas, last night I told him on the phone that all birthday treats for his birthday month were soon coming to a close. And he laughed! This birthday was a BFD, since he was up and about and home and able to enjoy it! (Well, obviously, every one of our birthdays is a BFD, there’s that!)

JOB, my nephew, who is an evangelical, loves Frank Schaeffer and Jim Wallace. He is always urging me to reads their books.
Frank saw the light (or at least mentioned it after I believe both of his parents passed away), sent his son off to war under W - which I think also changed him forever, supports the President as much as we do, and just has a brilliant, tough mind, in my opinion.
