Good grief - are all locks forever endangered because probable cause gives law enforcement the right to get a locksmith? Or access to a safe deposit box?
The case is so compelling for the San Bernardino couple: they purposely put the lock on two weeks before the shootings. If there ever was a compelling interest to see what’s on that phone, this is it. This is how the system is supposed to work. You get a warrant for probable cause, you get access.
The govt does not care how many cat photos you have on your effing phone. This is in the public interest, for God’s sake.
I want Traitor Snowden to be arrested and brought to justice.

Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus has begun stating in private meetings that the party has sway over its at times unwelcome front-runner because it has tools Trump will need to use to win a general election — voter data and field, digital and media operations that a nominee typically inherits from the party infrastructure.
Dangling access to these resources, Priebus thinks he can help steer Trump toward partywide policy goals and away from the inflammatory rhetoric that Republican officials see as divisive and dangerous, especially outside of the primary, according to two Republican sources who have spoken with the RNC chairman.
Sen. Lindsey Graham admitted that Senate Republicans are obstructing Obama’s Supreme Court nominee because they are still upset that Democrats changed the filibuster rules in 2013.
After Senate Republicans had driven obstruction to a historically high level that had ground the Senate to a halt, then Senate Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) and Senate Democrats used the “nuclear option” to change the filibuster rules on presidential nominations, but the change did not include legislation or Supreme Court nominations.
There is probably some truth to what Sen. Graham said. Senate Republicans do see this as payback for filibuster rules change, but the overwhelming reason for the obstruction is that the Republicans don’t want to let President Obama appoint another Supreme Court justice to the bench. At least, the Republicans are coming closer to admitting that what they are doing has nothing to do with anyone that President Obama might nominate.

They are very easy calls - since everyone on the list has already shown they support the President already.

Fatalities reported in mass shooting in Hesston
Sandra Bland was found dead in her jail cell last July…But there were at least four other black women who died in jail that month.
One of them was Joyce Curnell, who was arrested for unpaid court fines. Now, seven months after her body was found, her family is taking legal action against the jail’s medical contractor. They say Curnell died from water deprivation.
In January, 28 hours after entering a Kentucky detention center, a 16-year-old black teen was found dead in her cell. Video shows that the employee charged with monitoring Gynna McMillen every 15 minutes failed to do so. And when McMillen was unresponsive during the times she was checked on, the employee didn’t ensure that she was fine. McMillen was found dead when someone came to get her for a court hearing.
Staff waited nine minutes to call 911 and 11 minutes before attempting CPR.
Mistake my foot. Depraved indifference at the very least.
