Trump has won or is leading in every state where the polls have closed. Only two states haven’t been declared, Vermont and Virginia. He’s leading Rubio by 7% in Virginia with almost 50% counted. That will probably be declared soon.

Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi today issued the following statement after Speaker Ryan announced an upcoming vote on a resolution authorizing the filing of a legal brief on behalf of the House before the U.S. Supreme Court in support of the 26 states trying to block President Obama’s executive actions on immigration:

Chuck Todd has spoken - democrats should be worried about Donald Trump

That makes me feel so much better - Chuck and his pundit friends are right about the same amount of time as Bill Kristol. MSNBC has gone completely over to the other side. Whiter than white - they would look good in a washing soap detergent.

LOL! I’m watching the Soyuz and there’s a woman interpreting the communications between the Soyuz crew (2 Russians on board with Commander Kelly) and Russian space agency staff on the ground All of a sudden in the middle of the translation, the interpreter said “Um, I have a chicken…” then she realized that was the guys on the craft talking amongst themselves. So she said… “Oh sorry that’s just chatter among the crew”. So that answers somebody’s question earlier today if they’ll have snacks while they’re onboard the Soyuz! :-)

That’s what’s putting the fear of God in the establishment GOP. His rallies are filled with people you wouldn’t expect would be drawn to him. The stickers and signs in very wealthy areas.

I had to switch to Sense and Sensibility because the purists of the Left on MSNBC would raise my blood pressure. HRC voted for the Iraq war, that’s a fact. Also fact is that President Obama put an end to it. What else can Sanders reproach her?

I hope HRC gets most of the delegates tonight to give BS and his devoted young, athletic revolutionaries work to do.

What does it say about a Party that will have Donald Trump and his demagoguery in first place and with so much a gap between them and the other ones running for the highest office?

The GOP should simply let Il Douche win the nomination, then take a good beating in November. And many Senators and Congressmen should cross and endorse HRC.

No more autopsy this time. However, the GOP should close all major media that have been riling up its “base” with racism, bigotry, xenophobia, Islamophobia, vulgarity, indecency, hatred of the poor and disrespect of women… with hope that maybe, just maybe, in 4 years, its base would be cleansed of the mortal sin that is eating the GOP alive in these primaries.

I am thinking the latino votes will be similar.

Interesting post at 538 - Other than texas

      #GOPPrimariesSoWhite

in the nine states for which CNN has released exit polls, only in Texas is there enough data to say how Latino Republicans have voted (Cruz won a plurality of their vote) and in no states were there enough black voters for meaningful data.

Well, I was wrong about Hillary winning Oklahoma. BS made a big push here, and hit all the colleges. I know a number of people…..good friends…who voted for BS. Unrealistic types. However, they’ll vote for Clinton in November. One colleague, a literature professor and I talked about it, she said she is a Socialist of the William Morris variety, so she’s excited to vote for a Socialist. Her college age daughter was all hepped up over BS too. I explained why I wouldn’t vote for him, and why I would vote for Hillary. We each voted, and tomorrow it is over.
I’m sure Cruz appealed to the evangelicals in this state…….that is a devil’s own choice….Trump/Cruz!!!

With 54 percent of the Massachusetts vote in, Hillary is leading by 26, 000, so it looks as if the state will soon be called for her. The only states still out are the caucuses in Minnesota and Colorado. This has been a very big and successful night for HRC!

    http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/house-republicans-vote-naming-post-office-maya-angelou/story?id=37322323

Nine House Republicans voted against naming a North Carolina post office after poet and civil rights activist Maya Angelou Tuesday afternoon, the latest example of the polarization surrounding even the most mundane proceedings on Capitol Hill, particularly around issues of race.

The vote was 371-9-1, with one member voting present. The vote to designate a Winston-Salem post office the “Maya Angelou Memorial Post Office” came after a 381-0 vote to rename a Camp Pendleton, California, post office the “Camp Pendleton Medal of Honor Post Office.”

Republican Reps. Mo Brooks of Alabama, Ken Buck of Colorado, Jeff Duncan of South Carolina, Glen Grothman of Wisconsin, Andy Harris of Maryland, Thomas Massie of Kentucky, Michael Burgess of Kentucky, Steven Palazzo of Mississippi and Alex Mooney of West Virginia voted against the bill.

A spokesperson for Rep. Andy Harris said the Maryland Republican voted against renaming the post office because Angelou was a “communist sympathizer.”

“His parents escaped communism and he feels that he cannot vote to name a post office in the United States in honor of someone who supported the communist Castro revolution in Cuba,” the spokesperson said in a statement. “Who’s next to get a post office? Jane Fonda?”
