This may be the only singular reason we might say Go, the Donald - how eff’ed up are they all, to think anything this low in the nature of human beings is acceptable? May they die a rapid and agonizing death.

If Donald Trump carries their “banner” maybe they need to reconsider what their so-called conservative cause is. To most of us it looks like racism, misogyny and hatred toward anyone who isn’t white, male and rich.

Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto has compared the rhetoric of US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to that of German Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.

In an interview with Mexican daily Excelsior, he called Mr Trump’s rhetoric “strident”.

He added that “that’s how [Italian fascist leader] Mussolini got in, that’s how Hitler got in”.

The Mexican leader also said that Mr Trump had hurt US-Mexico relations.

Doesn’t prevent MSM from taking the bait.

First six or so questions in this morning’s WHPB was about Israel dissing US (basically celebrating a foreign leader putting the Obama Adm in an awkward position — aka “uppity” administration).

How I loathe the MSM — despite one questioner being Black (@RonAllenNBC), they all ascribe to the WSSQ (my term — white supremacy status quo, presenting “news” with assumption that white is the default, any other POV must be prefaced with a disclaimer).

Just catching up on the PressSec briefing, Arapaho. I knew this was coming yesterday afternoon, hence the tweets I posted on the subject & the subsequent walk back on the Israeli side….but I knew the WSSQ (I like this acronym :) ) wouldn’t be objective. Quite frankly, I can’t wait for Thursday’s Canadian State Dinner & two leaders that I admire. (I’m in gossip mode thinking of what Canadian actors/athletes will be invited) I would have bet on Buchard/Raonic, but I think the Indian Well Tennis event will prevent that….there are several incredible actors I expect….I just want PBO to break the internet and have Justin Bieber & Drake on the list for shits & giggles :D :D :D

    Hi All

OFA held a call for volunteers last night and the main subject was the SCOTUS Strategy.

    Here are the key points

EACH OF YOU CAN HELP WITH THESE ACTIONS

    1. Very successful March 3rd Day of Action (DOA) over 40 events, lots of press coverage, great turnout.

    2. The President is expected to announces his nominee this week or next, once that happens there will be a Rapid Response call from OFA to discuss the nominee and discuss our plan going forward.

IF YOU DO ARE NOT PART OF AN OFA CHAPTER & WANT TO BE ON THAT CALL - send an email to [email protected]

    3. We need to continue to call into the 15 Senators who have been identified as obstructionist but who are vulnerable to public pressure and may change their mind. This is especially important because although OFA was the first to hold demonstrations, the opposition is organizers and we need to counter them.

    4. March 21st - end of March Senators will be home - OFA will schedule Senate office visits and attend all public meetings held by the Senators.

    5. Areas without an Obstructionist Senator or folks who cannot attend events can help by making recruitment calls week of March 14th. We will be calling into the red states and asking folks to call their Senators and to attend events the following week.

    6. There will be a webinar training March 16th which will provide training on how to have an effective office visit with an obstructionist Senator and how to talk to “an average Joe” about this issue.

    7. Talking points we use with the general public-

*Senators need to do their job - we are expected to do our job. The constitution spells out that the Senators need to hold hearing and hold an up ro down vote

*It seems UNFAIR that a GOP Senators refused to hold hearing or support the President’s nominee before knowing who the nominee. This seems like politics at its worst.

    8. Week of March 21st - March 31st attend Senate office visits and public events in states with obstructionist Senators who are more likely to change their mind.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP OR THINK IT IS HOPELESS. WE MUST CONTINUE TO TRY.

There are so many more platforms and with the creative license that FX, AMC, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. allows the writers/producers they are pushing network TV to step their game up.

A show you may be interested in that premiered last week on Sundance channel:

Also I’ve been watching a new series on WGN called the ‘Outsiders’ and to your point on diverse writers/producers John Legend’s show ‘Underground’ premieres on WGN next week:

I’ll tell you two awesome series to put in you queue in Netflix (Australian Broadcasting Company’s ‘The Code’ 6-episodes & really witty show show 4 seasons ‘Rake’) Fox tried to spin it off in the U.S. w/ Greg Kinnear, but it didn’t work….oh, and one more (especially if you don’t mind subtitles) ‘Witnesses’ ….it is more in the genre of ‘True Detective’ that may the best of the 3!

Pf, the Pennsylvania House and Senate will do nothing to help Wolf or Pennsylvanians because they’ve fully embraced the obstructionist tactics of the US House and Senate. Voters continue to elect good leaders and then hobble them with legislators who undermine them. Gerrymandered districts are killing us.

Daily Mail: President Obama SNUBS Nancy Reagen’s funeral. I guess they weren’t satisfied that the First Lady Michelle Obama is attending, Hillary Clinton is attending too.
