We can weaponize Putin’s two weaknesses against him and we have the means to do so, silently.
He is beyond any doubt a rapaciously greedy individual and he is even more ‘thin skinned’ than Trump.
So, denying him access to all the wealth he has STOLEN from the Russian People and parked ‘off shore’ is readily doable.
Doing it SILENTLY, no pronouncements by any of the participating parties (US, UK, France, Germany, Australia, & Japan) makes him the only person who knows of the act and makes him the only person the Russians, or anyone else, can learn of his being trapped.
As far as his hackers, as well as the Chinese and others committing cyber-theft of US intellectual property it’s not as if adequate measures don’t exist by which to provide some truly lethal surprises to those operationalizing the hacked code.
