Wednesday: Travels to the Asheville, North Carolina, area. He will return to Washington, DC in the evening (no details available yet)

Friday: Hosts President Giorgio Napolitano of Italy in the Oval Office. Later in the morning, the President will welcome to the White House the recipients of the 2012 Presidential Citizens Medal
