I love that picture!!!!. I keep changing my desktop picture to the laughing President. It really helps my day start off with a smile. If he can laugh with all that he is going thru I know I can laugh and smile too. I pray for a safe journey.

Whew! Chips what kind of powerbar did you have this morning? I’m huffing and puffing to keep up. 😆

I wonder what the Captain? (don’t know his rank) said to PBO to make him roar out loud. Probably told him to kick some Perry ass in Texas.

Welcome to Texas President Obama! 😉

Have a GREAT DAY Mr. President!

Heres an email I just received from the NAACP:

The American Jobs Act, an aggressive, comprehensive job creation proposal first proposed by President Obama in early September has been introduced in both the US Senate (by Senator Reid of Nevada) and the House of Representatives (by Congressman Larson of Connecticut). For more information about the proposal, the need for job creation or how you can advocate for this legislation, please see the attached Action Alert.

As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.

    Sincerely,

    Hilary

I love seeing our President smile! Also look at all the smiling faces at the WH as PBO is waving. He always brings out the smiles while the repugs only bring out the angry, unhappy looking people!!

Okay, the fact that our President seems to have bottomless energy…on that basis alone – even if Christie was someone whom I liked and whose policies I agreed with – I would advise him to stay out of the race until 2016 because he just cannot keep up with PBO – and no amount of Koch money or media support will change that fact.

I sigh so heavily when I read stuff like this—–all the Obama voters who stayed home and didn’t vote in the midterms really let Obama and the country down. Example– Repubs not happy Obama won N.Car.——so one conservative multi-millionaire, Art Pope, linked to 75% of all money spent in that election, targeted 22 races there, got a Repub into office in 18 of those 22 races, which helped elect a Repub controlled legislature there—–which controls the redistricting and election rules etc. making it much more difficult for Obama to win that state again. Dems who shrugged off voting in the midterms really changed the course of the country.

Yeah well the non-voters and complainers really showed Obama!

The media is making too much of this. The 2010 turnout was normal for a mid-term, I am sure the number of voters who stayed home to “teach Obama a lesson” is miniscule. The voters chose a bunch of right wing teabaggers and got what they deserved. I just hope that this is a wake up call for every one in 2012.

It is being reported by TPM and ABC that Chris Christie is NOT running. His presser is at 1PM today.

I didn’t think so. You can’t mount a spur-of-the-moment campaign for POTUS even if the Kochs are throwing bags of cash at you.

OMG! Like manna from heaven my prayers have been answered, no, not the fact that my wife ordered me a new iphone. But that Chris Christie is going to finally jump into the race. This way Presdent Obama can break Christie off something real proper.

  15. October 4, 2011 at 10:56 am

    Wow, this is big news:
Director of the President’s Executive Residence and “Chief Usher” Rear Admiral Stephen W. Rochon will retire.
White Houses announces first woman to serve as Chief Usher: Angella Reid.

You know what TOD family, sometimes I get the feeling that this just isn’t a fair fight at all. I mean we got President Obama on our side, and the other side has got the media; print and electronic, the house of representatives, the tea party, the blue dog democrats, millionaires and billionaires, and the Professional Left lined up around the corner. And somehow the other side still seems to be in over their heads.

Because the other interests lined up against the President are full of bad causes, ill-will, hypocrisy, dishonesty. Our president’s authenticity and genuine fight on behalf of the people is what is carrying him through. At the end of the day all the shiny new objects of the MSM, PL, Koch, Congress, PUMA, etc will implode..and our President will remain the last one standing with the American people…

Hello TOD. I heard a good joke today on NPR. I forget the guy’s name but he said he used to wonder why Cheney ALWAYS cocks his head to the side when he speaks; then he realized, he does this whenever he tells a lie. I’ll give my own drum roll, thank you—- Ba da da dum! 😀
Mr. Prez looking fantastic today. Looking at him, it’s clear he is the man to beat come 2012.
