Hey TOD fam! Hey Chips! So grateful for all of you! And for our president and all the dems and indies at this convention this year! Because of my schedule, I mostly have to catch up on things after they’ve already happened, but it’s well worth it! Onward and forward! ๐Ÿ™‚

Axe is such a loyal person to POB. Happy news to hear about his son’s wedding. I wish happiness to Axe and his family. Axe will at least get some R&R before hitting the road again. Love Axe for his support, confidence in POB, and their beautiful friendship. Thank you Axe!!!!HZ

That whole crew, especially Tweety, needs to shut the fuck up! Pardon my french! They can fuck up a wet dream, just so they can have something to talk/bitch about.

        hello Jay…
i think for alot of these political pundits it is about promoting themselves and their opinions…rather than reporting the news…they are not journalists….a journalist REPORTS the news…….. they do not try to CREATE the news…and giving your opinion does not make it true…

because opinions are like a**holes…you know the rest!

I don’t care. Nothing they can say or do will destroy my joy this week. Besides, Warren will win.

If we can’t vote for her, at least check out her action center or at minimum consider donating to her. http://elizabethwarren.com/

AS it should be! But they needed more time for Michelle – the standing ovation will last all four minutes… ๐Ÿ™‚

Am watching the cycle for the first time….who is Toure and why is he trashing Elizabeth Warren? This Panel stinks.

and that is why I refuse to watch. The only panelist I have respect for on that program and would be interested in watching is Crystal Ball. But I refuse to watch even her on the Cycle. I catch her on other programming. She should have her own show.

the hit was put out a year or two ago on elizabeth warren by the billionaire owners of the media, so these pundidiots are just doing what they’re pid to do. the negativity toward her has really ramped up this week now that she got a national audience which will boost her campaign. “the news” is doing their best to stop her surge, but i think betwen her awesomeness and the obama juggernaut, they might not be able to stop her now. they’ll sure try though, so get used to it.

i’ve even noticed all kinds of new names in some of the bigger liberal blogs who are showing up in comments sections now bringing up some form of, “what’s wrong with warren. is she a terrible candidate. she’s going to lose. the sky is falling” and things like that, to try and deject her supporters. do be fooled! elizabeth warren will win this race, and hopefully then a candidate for president in 2016. did you see how incredible she was before president clinton last night!?! she’s really something special.

This looks similar to the Timothy Geitner treatment. It comes out of nowhere, it’s based on nothing substantive and it’s relentless.

Can’t keep up with TOD this week! (But in a good way; FLOTUS and Big Dog were amazing and inspiring. Whoever said one-two-three punch was spot on.)

I posted this over the weekend; great article on James Taylor, lifelong North Carolina progressive.

Those old enough to remember his impact on 1970s folk-rock will appreciate this:

Senator Barbara Boxer did not take that ugly spirit of Andrea Mitchell get away with the snarky remarks that only Ms. Greenspan seem to always want to come up with about our President. Sen. Boxer shut her down real fast. Love Senator Boxer!!!! I did tell Andrea a few thoughts from my mind ,”Do Not Even Think It, Andrea.” Sorry behind reporter.HZ

Good news โ€” job growth for the month of August was better than expected.

U.S. businesses stepped up hiring last month, adding workers at a greater-than-expected pace, according to a new report from payroll giant ADP. The unexpected surge may suggest that the healing labor market is faring better than previous figures showed.

The RW hopes for America to fail. They lust for power, not prosperity.

The day started kinda rough but man has it improved as time progressed! Shuttle bus didn’t show up so we decided to drive it. [Dear God please let us not get lost…] … We got lost. Of course; I might add this was WITH Baby Sis reading Google Maps direction on my phone. So many streets blocked off by 9ft iron fences. We gave up trying to get close. Paid $20 to park at a church. Walked along the fence for what what felt like a half marathon. Hot sun bearing down (yes dammit, hot freakin SUN)…

Call me crazy but wasn’t this song played during the RNC? I am not going to “fact check” it because my computer battery is running low. Would love to know as I remember thinking “I wonder if (they) approved the use of this song?”
