GA Chips, TOD! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend 😎

“While Tesla’s self-driving, lane-changing autopilot that functions out on the open road might be its flashiest smart feature, there’s plenty of room for that tech to expand to less exciting but equally useful applications. Take this hacked Tesla, for instance, which can emerge from the garage of its own accord with nothing more than a simple voice command. The hack, put together by Jason Goecke, basically just extends the power of Amazon’s voice-controlled speaker the Echo so that Alexa—the AI that lives inside—can exert some control over Goecke’s Tesla Model S and force it to roll outside all on its own. It’s a party trick that makes run-of-the-mill remote start look like child’s play….continued”

Jeb you don’t have to vote for Hillary, but I appreciate you not voting for that racists lying piece of crap Donald J. Trump

      • May 6, 2016 at 5:31 pm

Some ex-roommate of Melania Trump said that Melania will put sexy, glamour back in the White House. I wonder how she will do that, by posing nude in every magazine in D.C. Another one of those artificial blonde white girl whose I.Q is near 10, who think nothing is sexy but those white flat ass stick.. I see nothing sexy about Melania Trump. and she can’t be to bright, look what she married.

“Hillary Clinton has proven to be an untrustworthy liberal politician who, if elected, would present a third term of the disastrous foreign and economic policy agenda of Barack Obama.”

This statement by Jeb Bush, purely based on lies, proves that Jeb Bush, like Donald Trump, lacks the character and integrity to be President of the United States! Jeb will not vote Trump because Trump dissed him and his brother. As far as as I am concerned, I don’t see that much ideological and policy differences between Jeb Bush and Donald Trump. If as, Jeb Bush writes, “The American Presidency is an office that goes beyond just politics…” where has Jeb Bush been the past 7 and 1/2 years? Why didn’t he speak up when his fellow Republicans embarked on waging an unprecedented obstruction of everything President Obama tried to do, including many things that Republicans routinely supported? Why didn’t Jeb Bush speak out against Donald Trump and the “Birthers” who unleashed a vile campaign to challenge the legitimacy of President Obama?

I am sorry, but I am not at all impressed with Jeb Bush’s self-serving statement about his opposition to Donald Trump. Jeb’s opposition to Trump has absolutely nothing to do with constitutional principles, or for that matter Trump’s temperament! I repeat, Jeb Bush is angry because Trump defatted him and Trump showed no diffidence to the Bush family!

Donna, explain it to me, what’s the rationale behind not voting for either one? So they can pontificate later that they didn’t vote and can then take pride in criticizing whatever is done for the country? I wonder how they think this will help ‘Make America Great Again’? smh

She is in a district with lots of Latinos and is scared to death that she will lose re-election if she doesn’t come out strong against Trump. She won’t vote for Clinton because then she would lose her conservative voters. Trump has boxed them all in and they have no where to go. Who knows what they will do once they get in the voting booth but for now all these Congresscritters stating publicly that they won’t vote for the leader of their party is unprecedented and I’m enjoying watching Trump get humiliated whether he acknowledges it or not.

        • May 6, 2016 at 5:57 pm

Yes, this is the GOP’s living nightmare. And Trump is a bigmouth schoolyard bully who won’t be able to let any of this go without some sort of idiotic response. So, it’s a vicious cycle and they are painted into a corner BIG TIME. The GOP now stands for nothing and they are worthless as a party.

WHY BLACK PEOPLE CARE SO DAMN MUCH ABOUT POTATO SALAD, EXPLAINED

    Damon Young, 5/6/16

    ………………

Okay. So I get why the meat is a big deal. Because meat is meat. But why is the potato salad such a thing? Why do people (and by people I mean “Black people”) seem to care about it so much?

So, all food exists somewhere on the taste variance scale. On one end of that scale would be pizza. The worst pizza you’ve ever had was probably still somewhat edible. And, there’s probably not much difference between the absolute best pizza you’ve ever had and the, I don’t know, 10th best pizza you’ve ever had. Basically, there’s not a ton of difference here between the absolute best and the absolute worst. At least not the same as it is with other foods.

On the other end of that scale would be potato salad. A perfect batch of potato salad will make you want to smack someone. A happy smack, but a smack nonetheless. A bad batch of potato salad will also make you want to smack someone. But this smack won’t be a happy smack. It’ll be an unhappy smack. An unhappy smack meant to injure. And then, after you’re done with the smacking, you’ll throw up. And then you might actually die.

Basically, the difference between good potato salad and bad potato salad is the difference between Biggie and Big Sean.

    • May 6, 2016 at 8:42 pm

Didn’t read the article, however, I know from experience that potato salad is a very personal thing — it can make or break the meal. My grandmother made the BEST POTATO SALAD IN THE WORLD. Many a woman in my small town would buy it from her and pass it off as their own. She died in 1964. After she died, they were busted when they served their own PS! My family didn’t eat PS from 1964 -until1969 when my Mom broke out Mom-Mom’s recipe; it sat on the table until Uncle Ed finally gave it a try. He pronounced it ALMOST as good as Mom-Mom’s. Every year, my Mom tells me it’s the last for my summer shindig — once she stops, there’ll be no more PS for my family…

Sorry – my mother made the BEST POTATO SALAD IN THE WORLD. My son makes it – from her recipe – ALMOST as good, and pretty close. Ha. (I’ve been known to ask for it as a birthday gift – cooking skipped a generation.)

I’ll just add that my mother made the best potato salad. It was a staple at all the church pot lucks and family gatherings. I tried t once and didn’t like it so I quit. For me now it is easier to buy from Costco and I don’t feel inadequate because I can’t make it as good as mom’s.

Although my entire extended family also used to rave about my mother’s potato salad, she personally hated it! When she was preparing it, she’d taste test and kinda make an Ugh face! Too funny.

They may still be protesting if and when he drops out, which is fine as long as he suspends his campaign so we can get on with it, in my opinion.

I’m not against much of Bernie’s message – but I don’t think We The People can just show up at the town square, have our revolution, all easy-peasy, and then everything’s fixed. The only words that apply, as far as I’m concerned – where Hillary comes in – are decisive and incremental. Oh, and, “in line to further President Obama’s glowing and successful agenda.”

Bet it’s been two, maybe three years since I even attempted making PS. Did have some few weeks ago from Backyard Burgers. That was darn close to Momma’s.. Learned they get it from Sam’s. Oh well, unless I have someone get it for me, won’t have it. We only have Costco membership. No desire to return to Sam’s/Walmart!

I am finding the tweets of Donald Trump equate with what a 14 year old bully would say about people who did better than him in class. – I wish some of the websites I enjoy could refrain from showing them. His language skills are probably closer to 4 than 14, but 4 year olds would never speak about people as does Trump.

The West Virginia Coal Association endorses Trump, while Trump tells coal miners he cares about coal miners. Of course, the association represents the companies, not the miners, and – through their practices – have never made the miners their first priority. If it weren’t for unions, coal miners would still be treated the way they used to be. Plus, the companies have switched to mountain top mining and destruction. Would Trump know anything about it? Obviously, not.
