Chris Matthews follows the shiny object and now loves Pence and maybe Trump, after their HOLLOW remarks on stage together just now.

    I say RUBBISH.

Yep, that’s just what they do, if it isn’t calling Russia the “Soviet Union” or Black people “Coloreds” then it’s some other relic from the past that now has no useful meaning. They are stuck in a bygone era that was nurturing to them but was pure hell on those that were not them. But then again why should change? They have an audience that will eat up their every utterance no matter how outdated or outlandish.

    Interesting indeed.

    http://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show/week-god-71616

More American voters than ever say they are not religious, making the religiously unaffiliated the nation’s biggest voting bloc by faith for the first time in a presidential election year. This marks a dramatic shift from just eight years ago, when the non-religious were roundly outnumbered by Catholics, white mainline Protestants and white evangelical Protestants.

These numbers come from a new Pew Research Center survey, which finds that “religious ‘nones,’ who have been growing rapidly as a share of the U.S. population, now constitute one-fifth of all registered voters and more than a quarter of Democratic and Democratic-leaning registered voters.” That represents a 50 percent increase in the proportion of non-religious voters compared with eight years ago, when they made up just 14 percent of the overall electorate.
For the purposes of the research, “nones” was used to describe religiously unaffiliated voters who consider themselves atheists, agnostics, or “nothing in particular.” Pew found this constituency is now up to one-in-five Americans – up from about 14% in 2008.

Greg Smith, the survey’s lead researcher, told the Post, “In 2008, religious ‘nones’ were outnumbered or at parity with white mainline Protestants and white Catholics. Today, ‘nones’ outnumber both of those groups.”

After seeing the behavior of many self confessed “Christians” who don’t appear to know their Christ, is this any wonder?

    Trumupence/ trum-up-ence

    1. Devoid of any common sense.
    2. Blinded by logic.
    3. When zealotry and money merge.

In November the Republican Party will get their trumupence.

So true Dudette. When Rachel compare how much money has been spent by HRC and Trump, she should note that they all advertise free for Trump and he does not need to spend any money. They have been giving him free advertising since the inception of his campaign. They made him the nominee. All of the cable channels are complicit in creating this monster.

    Oh my…… 🙂 🙂

    http://crooksandliars.com/2016/07/trump-and-family-material-witnesses-huge

You might want to sit down for this one, kids: Would you believe that Donald Trump, his daughter Ivanka, and his son Donald Junior have all been named in a lawsuit involving a massive tax avoidance scam related to four Trump-branded real estate deals? Astonishing, we know – we’ll give you a nanosecond to catch your breath.

The story comes to us once again from the Daily Beast’s David Cay Johnston, who has made dogging Trump on taxes his personal beat. Now, it’s worth noting, as Johnston does right up front, that Trump is not personally accused of wrongdoing in the suit. Not yet, at least! Here’s the dealio:

He is described as a “material witness” in the evasion of taxes on as much as $250 million in income. According to the court papers, that includes $100 million in profits and $65 million in real-estate transfer taxes from a Manhattan high rise project bearing his familiar name.

However, his status may change, according to the lawyers who filed the lawsuit, Richard Lerner and Frederick M. Oberlander, citing Trump’s testimony about Felix Sater, a convicted stock swindler at the center of the alleged scheme.
