Hi Bobfr…. No disrespect or debbie downerism or anything, why is this petition TO the Obama Administration and not TO Congress, is there something I am missing or don’t understand about acquisition or spending? Serious question.
Hiya Sankofa. The petition is to the White House because the White House has set up this new tool called “We The People” where one can start a petition and if it gets a certain amount of signatures, the White House can find a way to take the message to Congress and show them what We the People want them to address. You can go to http://www.whitehouse.gov and read more about it. Hope this helps.
