USA Today: Obama To Wounded Warriors: “You Inspire Us”
President Obama paid tribute Thursday to once-maimed veterans who are now racing bikes. “You inspire us,” Obama said. “You inspire the country.” The president spoke at the seventh annual Wounded Warrior Project’s Soldier Ride to the White House. The event is designed to help the injured recover and to raise awareness of the challenges they face.
Some of the bikers were so badly injured they had to re-learn “the basics,” Obama said — “how to stand again, how to walk again, how to run again.” “You inspire me with your courage, your resolve, your resilience, your tenacity, your optimism,” Obama said. “It makes me proud to be your Commander-in-Chief.”

Actually our BEST media mouthpiece for Dems are the PBO Twitter brigade, OFA, certain blogs, and word of mouth. MSNBC is not as good a source for Dems as they once were.
And they should not be rewarded with increased ratings when they make a hard-right turn.

What ho any TOD blog tryants around and about right now. I have a research emergency. Back in February a section of the CBO’s report re the ACA talked about an equivalent reduction in the labor/hours work force and no surprise the Repugs erroneously jumped all over it, taking it out of context saying that Obamacare would cost 2.5 million jobs and was a job killer. There were all kinds of articles that came out after that I thought TOD front paged including a statement from the CBO that refuted all that nonsense, but I can’t find which day it was on TOD. Can one of you lovely BT’s point me to the day or posts?? I’m reviewing a seminar presentation for a staff member that is quoting this nonsense and I need to find the articles so I can make them re-write this portion accurately. Any links to the TOD archived posts would be greatly appreciated!!
