I so admire PBO’s personal courage, in making public appearances like this. Honestly, I sort of hold my breath till he’s back in the controlled safety of his transport, but just seeing him smile and engage with the people makes me smile too. Good evening, TOD! Have I mentioned lately just how much I <3 Costco? Labor Day weekend, I purchased three packages of fresh salmon. When I opened them the next day I didn't like the smell so I double wrapped them and threw them in the freezer. Had to "Plan B" my dinner party and order chinese. I called the manager on September 8th with my complaint to him I was returning them on my next visit. His response was "no problem, return them at your convenience for a full refund AND three complimentary packages of fresh salmon, we stand behind our fresh products. "My convenience" was tonight, 2 months and 19 days later. The customer service folks couldn't have been nicer!
Oh, and gas was $2.04 — THANKS OBAMA!
I so agree, I love Costco. They never fail to take anything back and will do what they can to get a product in that you ask for.
