Since I live in Michigan, is it worthwhile me calling these people? I’m always told that they disregard ro don’t accept calls from area codes not in their district.
Since the decisions made by the Supreme Court affect the entire country you can say that even though you do not live in their state you will work to make sure there is a Senate that follows the constitution.

Found out something interesting today from my cleaning lady, and last spring’s husband tender, Jenn. She and my husband became good friends, and had a lot of conversations while I was at work. Well, today, the day after our primary, the election came up briefly. She told me that Darwin asked her to promise to vote for Joe Biden if he ran. I had no idea he’d asked her…..he knew I would vote for Biden. We both loved him. She said he was very worried about this coming election…….frankly, I’m glad he can’t see what’s going on. He would make himself sick with worry. Interesting to learn a little more about my husband’s last days. He had stopped watching news the lasts months, just too upsetting for him.

HELP needed, info needed. I believe it’s our Tally who’s an expert on CA Obamacare. My very dear friend was told that she’s on Medicare and therefore can’t get Obamacare. Medicare takes out of her SS over $100/month, which takes care of 80% of her bills, so she had to get an additional insurance to cover the other 20%. She’s an elder lady, worked hard for PBO, both terms. She attended all the ACA meetings when it was rolling out in CA. But she’s upset that she’s being told, she’s not eligible for ACA because she’s on Medicare. Apparently you can’t be on 2 gov. programs at the same time Is this for real?
Gazelle your friend qualifys for a supplement to medicare. She can probably qualify for medi-cal or any if the other supplements. Tally can help her sort it out plus medicare offers free help through insurance companies who are trained on all the supplemenrt companies.
Gazelle I was on my cell phone typing which I can’t type long messages. What I wanted to say is due to the ACA Gov Brown extended Medi-Cal as a supplement for seniors to take care of the 20% which there is no additional charge. Plus the other companies that offer a supplement are also free unless she wants to pay for more coverage. My mom is on medicare, has United Health Care as a supplement and she also has Medi-Cal for the other services they provide to seniors such as in-home care.
They’re actually checking everybody on the plane’s passports before they let anyone off the plane.

Scott’s heading in to crew quarters where he’ll give more medical samples and researchers collect more data. By the way, this doesn’t end this week. He and Mark both have to continue providing medical samples and data for another year.
