I was so hoping North Carolina was going to win last night, remember the last time they won was 2009 when POTUS pick them to win and they did. I wanted POTUS to invite them to the White House one last time.

Just read the NY Daily News interview with BS. My take on it: It shows Bernie as a shallow candidate. It also reinforces his talking points. Will it harm him? I really do not think so because, first off it is a very long and indepth interview, that I like since debates do not allow real answers to questions. Because the article is long I think many people will not take the time to thoroughly read it, but may just skim over it. Second, I am not sure if the public has enough background understanding to even recognize Bernie’s shortcomings with his answers as their own views may be as shallow as his. If Jon Stewart’s saying he wants a President that is smarter and more informed than himself, not one to have a beer with is agreed on by voters maybe the article will help. Print still has the advantage of having more complete interviews than tv or radio with their commercials can achieve, but the busy no informed individual has become used to sound bites. Hopefully it can catch on with other media journalists to better direct their questioning.

What may (and should) resonate: “I didn’t think about that”, referring to his signature issue of breaking up the banks.

      He doesn’t know existing law.

He has zero interest in FP.

I’ll find the lines that should resonate as I can through the day.

The message from the interview (which was breathtaking in what he didn’t know or care to know): BS is unqualified to be POTUS.

Great story, and some great pics … our U.S. Navy around the globe:

Exercise Obangame/Saharan Express: Enabling African Solutions to African Problems

    U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa / U.S. 6th Fleet

” … The Senegalese recommended that we visit Gorée Island before our departure. President Obama and his family had visited this place, which was the last stop in Africa for men, women and children forcibly taken from their homes and sent to America during the slave trade. It was a sobering experience, but just before departure, the head of the port authority approached me and wished me well. He was a retired Senegalese naval officer, who had also attended the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, R.I. We found common ground in our shared experience as well as our common interest in security and stability.

“Indeed, with 52 ships, 13 aircraft and more than 1,000 people participating in Obangame/Saharan Express 2016, we were determined to improve interoperability in order to enhance African maritime security and regional economic stability. OE/SE 2016 is the largest maritime exercise ever held Africa … “

Isn’t this where the federal government steps in, and declares they’ll stop the influx of federal money to that state, because it discriminates?

      Can’t wait.

Last year I planted tomatoes & mint for the first time… and they did so well I’m adding lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, herbs, carrots, watermelon this year. What inspired me initially: FLOTUS:) Wow their plants look huge compared to mine right now.

I love the convo the kids & FLOTUS are having:) I love kids and this is so cool for them.

That is so great. Thanks for sharing that. One thing I found that was inspiring to me was an organiztion called Kitchen Gardeners International. They strongly petitioned the White House to put in a kitchen garden and when I heard they were going to do it I leaped for joy. I love everything that this first family has been doing. I am going to cry now.

Somehow, I don’t see Mrs. Cruz, Mrs. Trump, Mrs. Sanders or even Mr. Clinton out here carrying on this garden planting tradition. I guess it began and now ends with our FLOTUS. That is sad.

The interview with DT at the top has made it to the Facebook page in Oklahoma! All the comments are anti-Trump. He is displaying his ignorance flagrantly, and people are, finally, I think, catching on. The more he talks, the more he exposes his ignorance, racism, prejudice, etc. He’s loud, so people think he is drawing a lot of voters, but the facts are, that only 35% of the Republican party, which is about 47% of the population, are proTrump. Keep that small number in mind, and don’t get discouraged.
