The concert this evening was fabulous. I suspect that all the presidents traveled to College Station in part to honor Bush 41. PBO always has been fond of him. Lady Gaga left me speechless. She was incredible, and I appreciate her reminding us that there will be much PTSD in this country for years to come for all these victims. I’m glad her donation will be used for mental health. And what more can anyone say about PBO? I really struggled at the beginning when they were naming all those TX politician whom I absolutely despise (and muted it when they played DT video), but it made my heart sing when TX did PBO proud in its welcome for him. For anyone who missed it, in addition to YouTube C-Span has a couple of airings listed overnight. I intend to dvr it to watch again.
