I only read half of the article and then stopped. Politico had a similarly stupid article last night stating that the President and Chancellor had an awkward relationship, and didn’t get along. Well, a picture says a thousand words, and I saw all I needed to see today during all the ceremonies. Once again, Politico gets it completely wrong. Their agenda is very obvious.

Diane Sawyer might be a Republican hack but I believe that Charlie was a PBO supporter. At first I wasn’t sure, but during the inauguration, it seemed that way. And then when Charlie was leaving ABC, he saved PBO’s comment on him for last. That told me that he respected whatever this President had to say about him and ended his segment with the President’s remarks.
I think the corporations sway their employees to do their bidding…it’s unfortunate but peple need to earn a decent living and the corporations are greedy and pressure their employees to gin up fauxtroversy in order to get paid. Of course, some of the employees are in fact Repblican hacks and they don’t need any pressuring.

Hey Peeps. Was on vacation for a bit so haven’t been on to comment in a while, but have sneeked a peek every chance I could. Now I’m back and glad to see all the wonderful pageantry of the ‘Official State Visit’. And I agree with all the comments about the best speaker the House has ever seen. Nancy is one fabulous, phenomenal woman and I’m gonna work like crazy to get the gavel back in her hands!
I remember donating to her 70th birthday roses delivery. What started as a small gesture turned into an amazing display of warmth and well wishes from around the country. And being the gracious lady that she is, she had most of them delivered to Walter Reed Hospital.
I was so very excited for her all week as the number of roses ordered grew and on the day they were delivered, I was almost in a panic that she would leave the chambers before they were delivered. But everything went smoothly and I was so happy.
