Was just thinking about Our Guy, and that photo of Mittmo “Daddy Morebucks” Romnutz.
Given how amazingly good President Obama is at negotiating, research, meeting with people, and basically everything but golf and bowling, just imagine if Stanley Ann’s son had decided to be a Corporate Raider, er I mean “investment banker” like Mittmo, and how Our Guy would absolutely destroy these mental midgets like Mittmo, Donald Chump and so on in their own fields. He’d probably have bought those morans out by now and fired their sorry behinds.
I mean, even the little bit of involvement he did have in “the business world” during the auto bailout, was tremendously successful financially and he had to make some tough calls like forcing out Rick Waggoner at GM. Not to mention managing his campaign which had tons of money left over and was a well-oiled machine at every level of the “business” side of the campaign. What a leader in every way!
Jonathan Alter said the same thing about PBO in his book The Promise. And he wouldn’t have had to sell pizza either !
Me thinks the president values friendship with the world leaders who are down to earth and not egotistical. I can understand why he would have personal relationships with only a few. I bet I know who those few heads of states are.

Our First Couple is absolutely stunning! That gown…another beautiful color for the FLOTUS! Mrs. Kim’s dress is beautiful also. FABULOUS!
This dress reminds me of her blue one - I prefer the blue one but this looks nice too.

They really seem to have genuine affection and respect for each other. Who couldn’t love our guy? He is so charming and sweet. That million dollar smile and that baritone voice makes me weak in the knees.
Michelle just looks gorgeous in that purple dress. I want those arms. And President Lee’s wife looks lovely in her gown.

Meta did you see that interview with Joe Klein on Lawrence’s show where he was out interviewing people and many thought PBO was honest and caring but felt like he was in over his head and had been disappointing? He then broke down who he interviewed and it appeared that it mostly conservatives and republicans. I use to subscribe to Time but no longer subscribe.
No, I don’t have cable so I don’t see any of those shows. Sloppy stuff.
I saw him earlier in the day, and he was basically a Romney ad. He was out in the red states, and they said Obama was smart and honest, but Romney was the real leader they were looking for. It was purposeful and pitiful, the junk he was selling. He should have been wearing a Romney campaign chairman name tag.
I don’t see why Lawrence even had Klein on the show. He was obviously trying to fill out his hour tonight.
How is President Obama over his head? Because he didn’t do everything they wanted him to do. These fools like Klein never mention what this President has had to deal with, and I don’t mean the recession, I mean the do nothing, filibuster Tea Republicans, most other Presidents have had to deal with Republicans before but none like these. These Republicans will rather see this economy sink than to do anything that might help this President, they would rather see the people suffer than do anything which might help the President. If this economy were to fall apart these Republicans wouldn’t do a thing to help it because they want to get rid of this President. Plus no other President has had to deal with such a bunch of stupid, crazy, ass media folks before. Trying to tell him what to do, what he should say, how angry he should be, or not be. So to hell with Klein.
