I’ve been noticing for a while that there’s someone on Twitter who seems to copy stuff I post on TOD verbatim, and then tweet them. Imitation is flattery but still…
hope it is not the stalker who harasses Ms. Chips (I choose not to write his name) using the most egregious misogynistic language
No it’s not him - someone else who I follow and don’t otherwise really mind actually, but I just noticed they habitually tweet my stuff posted on TOD, verbatim. They may be tweeting others’ stuff too but I’m just not aware.

been looking at his face and telling my self that here is a teacher whose joy in life (and I assume teaching) and empathy just shine through his eyes;

Shouldn’t the nation be concerned that scalia seems to be changing his opinion based on politics?
I could be wrong because I have no legal background;
but it seems to me that he is taking different stands depending on who is in charge of the EPA and whether or not it is politically fashionable to hold vicious views on the EPA in rightwing circles;
scalia’s 2014 (6-2 opinion in Environmental Protection Agency v. Homer City Generation ) is citied to be in conflict (a 9-0 opinion in Whitman v. American Trucking Association), scalia wrote in 2001
