bob & chez

Extreme Liberal has a terrific post (which I linked yesterday - here) with a transcript from a recent podcast from The Bob and Chez Show (featuring Bob Cesca and Chez Pazienza).

In case you you don’t listen to podcasts, the video above has an extract from the show (recorded after OFA New Mexico State Director Ray Sandoval sent an email to supporters attacking Firebaggers and Paul Krugman).

It’s the best analysis of the Firebaggers I’ve heard. Be good to yourself, subscribe to The Bob and Chez Show on iTunes. ;-)

Excellent speech by the President. I see we have tapped into the usual negative responses or crickets (until the enemy regroups) reporting of the naysayers right after another major Obama initiative. I choose to focus on taking the deficit reduction and jobs message to the American People. We can not change the unchangable. The PL, PUMAS, Teathugs, and TeaPartiest have their own agenda. Time to let them go folks. Yes, we must keep abreast as to what they are doing and their underhanded tactics and bring them to light, but our main purpous should be AWAKENING the DEAD in our electorate and getting them the true Obama message. I have given up on complaining and whinning about what the MSM and their courterparts are or aren’t doing. They will never be on our side SO LETS MOVE ON!!

The President has given us all kinds of amunition to win this next election. Either we are on the TRAIN with him or we get left behind. It would behove any Democratic legislators or candidates to jump aboard the O-train or they will be left in the dust. PBO is ready to TAKE OFF!!! KEEP HOPE ALIVE!! YES WE CAN!!! YES WE DID!! YES WE WILL AGAIN!! Obama/Biden 2012!!

Oh and to Obamabots that are obsessed with those who HATE PBO and wish to see him fail……….The Serenity Prayer reigns supreme: GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE, THE COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS I CAN, AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. This prayer has served me graciously in life.

Seriously, wtf? After what he did to California and his wife, he shouldn’t be talking to a parrot, much less the UN.

      • September 19, 2025 at 3:04 pm

Same difference. IMHO they should close the UN and move it to France or Germany. Let those countries give the member deadbeats diplomatic immunity, fix their parking tickets and give them health care. Bunch of parasites.

Loved this comment on FB. “Maybe he can use that meager $400,000 to buy the world’s tiniest Stradivarius”. Gotta go back and find the posters name as he deserves major props.

Just saw it on Rev Al. The GOP guy is a joke. How the hell is a middle and working class person supposed to feel pity for him? He’s a freaking millionaire who made $6.3 million last year alone. He has subway chains and UPS chains. Cry me a freaking river.

    THIS:

C- And everybody’s got their own idea about what the perfect candidate is. You and I, we’ve talked about this…this is an ongoing thing on this podcast and I know on each of our respective blogs. You know, yeah, it’s liberal America, progressives, uh, independents sometimes go with the wind…but if you’re a little bit left of center, then yeah, it’s the…problem is you’re overly analytical, you want what you want, you’re focused on the individual, which I think is hugely important. I’m a gigantic fan of that but at the same time, being focused on the individual means that you don’t know how to mobilize behind one guy and do it for, for lack of a better term, I’m sorry but the greater good. And there is a political reality that needs to be considered when you decide, I’m going to back this guy or I’m not going to back this guy. You know, that’s fine, you want to hold out for the perfect person, the perfect guy who gives you every single thing that you want, that’s well and good. And you’re not going to vote otherwise, fucking fantastic, but the problem is, you do that and the country will change drastically and you’re not teaching anyone a lesson except yourself. You’re crossing your arms, your cutting off you nose to spite your face and you’re holding your breath like a fucking child until you get exactly what you want.
