I want to take this time to congratulate Senator Bernie Sanders for his tireless efforts in getting the State Department and the Whitehouse, more specifically President Obama to reject the Keystone Pipeline Project.
Yes, Bernie can certainly retire in glory, now. Buh bye Bernie. Have a nice weekend. Maybe re-watch a movie on your “VCR” or whatever they used to call those things.
Another Gotcha headline from the Washington post….i have not read the article but unless they explain how the GOP Governors slashed state funding and the attack on public workers aka Scott Walker… and how the GOP House resisted any more stimulus that would keep public workers…(teachers…first responders..etc) on the job… it is deceptive to blame the President for the loss of public sector jobs
The article itself is very pro-President Obama though. He’s saying that Republicans should be praising this administrations creation of private sector jobs and decrease in public sector jobs. Although I don’t care for Greg Sargent, at least he’s linking to a positive story about President Obama for a change.
but the falseness of the article is that the President saved public sector jobs thru the stimulus…and tried to save more thru the American Jobs Act. which the house voted down the
GOP filibustred in th Senate…it was the GOP that caused the loss of those jobs

He’s truly delusional now and probably actually believes the lies he spouts. His wife or other family members need to intervene and get him the help he needs. That there are people in this country who think a man this befuddled could actually serve as president is depressing beyond measure.
To be honest, I admired Dr. Carson before I found out he was a Rightwing Wacko. Seemed like a very intelligent Black man who had overcome a childhood of poverty and single parenthood. Now, I’m ashamed that I used to like him.
His run for Presidency will soon be over since it appears the media is going after him at last.

NE Florida thinks that is is still summer: 80 degrees weather, air conditioners humming, bugs still biting, sun still burning, and we are still wearing sun screen, shorts, short sleeves and flip flops. However, the squirrels are in overdrive foraging for a winter (my backyard is full of them). I would not mind some cooler days.
